Gute Lage des Quartiers, katastrophale Betreuung durch die Vermieter.

Lage: zentral und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig. 3 Minuten zufuß zum Meer. Quartier: hell, geräumig und gut ausgestattet, aber mit teilweise defekten Möbeln (Tischbein vom Eßtisch sehr lose, nicht funktionierendfer Mülleimerdeckel, lose Schranktür.) Vermieter: Kommunikation katastrophal, vertraglich vereinbarte Dinge nicht eingehalten: vor Anreise sehr gute Kommunikation (Übersetzungsmaschine.) Nach Anreise: Deckel des Mülleimers im Quartier defekt, so daß er sich nicht öffnen ließ. Vermieter antwortete erst 4 Tage später auf eine entsprechende Mail und tauschte ihn dann aus. WLan: wir haben das Quartier hauptsächlich wegen des WLan-Anschlusses gebucht. Dann WLan-Totalausfall am Montag unserer letzten Urlaubswoche. Vermieter mehrmals per Mail und SMS angeschrieben und Fotos von der französischen Meldung geschickt, daß der Router Verbindungsprobleme hat. Erst 3 Tage später konfuse Reaktion des Vermieters (1 Tag vor dem französischen Nationalfeiertag, der auf einen Freitag fiel, am Sonntag sind wir abgereist.) Der Vermieter hat das Problem nicht behoben, also kein WLan mehr bis zur Abreise.... Check-Out: obwohl die Abreise vertraglich bis 11:00 Uhr möglich sein sollte, wurden wir vom Vermieter zum früheren check-out (erst hieß es 10:00 Uhr, dann 10:30 Uhr) genötigt. Um uns nicht weiter mit ihm herum zu ärgern, sind wir entsprechend früher abgereist.... Persönlich kennengelernt haben wir die Vermieter nicht, der Schlüssel wurde an einem vereinbarten Ort hinterlegt.
