Traumhafte Lage, nettes kleines Häuschen und super liebe Vermieter

Das Häuschen ist klein, aber fein. Wir hatten genügend Platz als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei mittelgroßen Hunden. Die Lage ist traumhaft und auch mit Kindern ist man zu Fuß schnell am Strand. Die Vermietr waren super super nett und aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ein kleines Stück Eden

Das Häusschen ist sauber und gepflegt, rustikal und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die 2 Betten auf der Zwischendecke sind eher für Kinder die mit einer Leiter als Zugang kein Problem haben. Das romantische Häuschen liegt im Olivenhain und Weinreben spenden den Schatten auf der Terasse. Grillstelle, Hängematte und Aussendusche mit Panorama sind tolle Ergänzungen. Der Fußweg zum Strand (Zlatni Rat) ist ca 10 Minuten. Nach Bol Zentrum ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Würden es jederzeit Empfehlen, speziell wenn man seine Ruhe mag, hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Toller Host, ansonsten ist Bol eher touristisch aber zumindest im September nicht überlaufen.

The house was just as in the photos in a lovely quiet location. Our landlady was very helpful and always on hand if we had any problems. Thoughroughly recommend this property. - The property is very much off the beaten track and not easy to find first time. Some directions for future users would be really useful.

Consigliato !

Ottimo appartamento, molto bello lo spazio fuori , adiacente ad un piacevole uliveto con tanto di amaca legata agli alberi, sdraio per prendere il sole, camino esterno (oltre quello interno) per barbecue e doccia esterna ( oltre quella interna) e tavolo esterno (oltre quello interno) . Da tener presente che la seconda camera è in soffitta e si raggiunge da una ripida scala in legno, la posizione è un po defilata dal centro e dalla spiaggia (anche se solo di un paio di km) e il vialetto d''ingresso è sterrato (una moto da strada fa molta fatica). A me personalmente questi punti non hanno creato problemi ma sono da tenere a mente. Per il resto tutto molto bello. Consigliato !

Stay at House Ivan

It was a very pleasant stay at House Ivan. The house is a bit difficult to find so you better contact the owner arriving in Bol. The house is very cosy en de view beautiful. Distance to the village and beach is about 15 minutes by foot. Bol is a very pleasant place with many restaurants and shops.

Der Ideale Platz um sich zu erholen

Wir haben jeden Tag in dem Haus genossen. Obwohl die Lage zu dem Zlatni Rat Superstrand geradezu ideal ist (ca 400m) , ist das Cottage sehr ruhig gelegen, d.h.falls einem der Strandtrubel zu viel ist kann man im Cottagegarten die Seele baumeln lassen. Irena die Vermieterin ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir koennen dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und freuen uns schon bis wir mal wieder dort sein koennen.

Schönes Haus, nette Umgebung, der Strand etwas überfüllt, es zahlt sich aus die kleineren Strände der Umgebung zu besuchen. Am Abreisetag wurden wir etwas unsanft gebeten das Haus rasch zu räumen, da wir uns um um 45 min verspäteten. Das war nicht ganz in Ordnung.
