Charming house with a pool, 3 upstairs bedrooms with reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a 2-person corner sleeper sofa, a veranda, and indoor parking for 2 cars, located 3 minutes from downtown. It’s an ideal starting point for exploring our beautiful island (volcano, lava flows, hikes, waterfalls, beaches, Cirque de Cilaos). A cleaning fee of 150 euros is payable on-site in cash.
Pets not allowed. Non-residents not permitted.
Accommodation
Semi-detached house on one side. Double bed in each bedroom with orthopedic mattress. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll hear the rooster crow in the morning from one of the three bedrooms. Rooms offer views of the city, the mountains, or the neighborhood. One bathroom is upstairs and the other is on the first floor. Rooms have double-glazed windows, blackout curtains, and mosquito screens. One of the rooms has a baby crib with an orthopedic mattress. Fully equipped kitchen with a built-in oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine + traditional coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, various dishes, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. You can eat not only outdoors (table + 6 chairs) but also on a small porch that also has a table and chairs. Unlimited internet and Wi-Fi. To the side, near the entrance, you’ll find a small, renovated garden with artificial turf where you can take a break to read. The 3×6-meter pool comes with a storage locker, a garden lounge chair, sun loungers, umbrellas, and various inflatable accessories for both children and adults. The pool maintenance technician visits four times a month. For your privacy, the pool area is enclosed by wooden privacy screens.
