The house was perfect for a quick family vacation. Right on the water and near so many outdoor activities. If we come back to this general area we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend. Safe area. Right on the river! Very comfortable beds! Beautiful deck with grill overlooking the White River.
Perfect location for easy access to the river. Our family has been last two years and the kids love it.

Cabin was perfect for our needs. Jason was very accommodating and quick answering all of our questions. Loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and relaxing.
Pictures don’t do this place justice. A beautiful home in a perfect location. We had a family of 7 and all slept well. Plenty of beds and bedding. Wi-Fi worked great
Nice quiet spot on the White. Easy boat access nearby. Coffee on the deck while watching the fog lift was perfect. Golden hour was beautiful. Owner was there if we needed. Would recommend!
Very nice and quiet. Beautiful location. Everything was neat and clean. Very well supplied with everything to make our stay wonderful. Will definitely consider returning.
We rented this cabin for guys fly‑fishing trip, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location is hard to beat, right on the White River with a public boat ramp only about a mile away, which made getting on the water very easy. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and the back porch was our favorite hangout spot. The view of the river is amazing, and we loved relaxing out there after a day of fishing. The weather got pretty cool while we were there. And even though the cabin has great central heat and air, we enjoyed using the wood stove to ease the chill after coming off the river. We also made good use of the charcoal grill when we weren’t out on the water.Overall, the cabin was perfect for our needs, and we’d happily stay here again.
Cabin was cool. I would like to see cleaner furniture inside and out but, I would stay there again. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Vacation
We had a good time but we were caught off guard by the 3rd bedroom only being accessible by going through another bedroom. This did not work for our group so my wife and I and our 2 kids slept on the pullout couch and rollaway bed in the living room.
The location was great and the water was beautiful. You can sit on the backporch and enjoy the great view. The house was nice and it just the right size for a family of six. The only problem's were the livingroom furniture needs updated, as there are stains on the couch and the bank was overgrown making it hard to fish.We were able to borrow the owners weedeater, which was nice, but it really should have been mowed.
The cabin was perfect for what we needed. It was not fancy and it was adequately stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Just a few notes for future renters:1. All bedrooms are upstairs and all bathrooms are downstairs.2. The kitchen is stocked with all you need. 3. The view is beautiful. You can not really fish or sit right by the water but its a good, safe walk down to it. 4. The boat ramp is close to property and nice.5. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Unfortunate
I have never left a bad review before, that changes now.
There are 2 beds that are suitable for humans in this property, not 5 as the add states. The “cook-house” or whatever it is, is a death trap. Toilet ran the whole time. They knew it was running because they turned the water off to it instead of replacing the $7 flapper. Dishes in cabinet were filthy Black Walnut tree dropped bombs on a metal roof every 15min or so. Not sure why this tree hasn’t been taken out or at least warn people not to park under it. One roll of TP for a house that supposedly sleeps 7. If there are other options, stay there.
Great fit for the river. Fishing cabin built for a crew to relax between hatches. Entry directly to the water. Kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery and the works. Great water pressure in the showers. The rear deck’s posts have small “branches” on them, making them perfect for resting gear and 10’ fly rods without getting in the way. Fit my crew perfectly. 10/10 will book again in the future.
Severe mouse infestation, wasp hazard, & filthy. We drove 9 hours for our vacation & had to turn around & leave immediately. This cabin is completely uninhabitable. We found mice droppings everywhere—on the kitchen counters, stove, dishes, bathroom sink, and master bedroom pillow—as well as live mice inside the outdoor grill. Mice chewed through flour and seasonings in cabinet above stove. While trying to take photos for customer service, I was attacked & stung by red wasps from a large nest right by the door on the grill shack. The rest of the home was just as neglected: mold on the freezer seal, dirty bathroom fixtures, baked-on food in the oven & toaster oven, minimal seating. Trip hazard at top of stairs with unlevel flooring. Weak cell service made it nearly impossible to get help right away.VRBO reviewed our photo evidence, agreed the conditions were unacceptable, canceled our stay & issued refund - which takes 5-10 business days to receive! ( 5 hours to get resolved ) Stuck Paying out-of-pocket for last-minute hotel accommodations. A large financial burden between paying for hotel rooms and not having a kitchen. Additional cost to eat out for every meal for a group of 7! We spent triple what we had planned for the vacation due to this nightmare house. Vrbos cancellation policy needs a serious overhaul when it's the host fault. They should have issued that refund to one key cash for immediate use to book somewhere in the area. Vrbo did not handle the situation well.
