Karl was such a supportive and responsive host. We had a lot of questions and had never been to the area, but we were comfortable and always got the response we needed. The condo is clean, welcoming, and super well situated. It is a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, even with kids, and not even 5 minutes to the beach. Just the best.

Perfect beach getaway!

My family and I stayed at Karl & Alyssa's beach bungalow for a long weekend in March. The location is amazing! Across the street from the beach and the boardwalk. Could not ask for a better location. It was great being down at the shore during the "offseason" as we had the beach to ourselves for our daily walks. The apartment was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Great being able to walk to all the restaurants on the water as well. Would love to rent for all our future trips down to the shore!

Point Pleasant

The property was very nice. It was clean and close to everything. The only negative was the sink in the bathroom was too small and we didn’t have two parking spaces like the other tenants. We had to pay for parking for my daughter’s car. The restaurants were very good and I enjoyed the walking every day! Thank you

Thank you for the great review, we were happy to host you and glad you had a great time! For your reference, while there are other parking spots, most of them are rented out to other people, not the tenants, but we make sure to keep one for our guests since we know how difficult it is to find parking. We hope to have you back.
