ABOUT THE HOME: When you arrive at Sun & Sand for 6, you'll be met with a cool coastal style defined by relaxation and comfort. This home has not one, but two king guest suites separated by a spacious open living space with a bonus queen sleeper. Soft tones and a clean aesthetic are met with plenty of open light, streaming in by way of the generous-sized balcony, perfect for evoking the breeziness of the beach life.

ABOUT THE AREA: Prominence is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, 5,000 square foot resort style pool and fitness center. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies under the stars as well as features live music on their very own stage.

BEACH ACCESS:
Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten minute walk. Beach service is not provided here.

Walton Dunes: located 2.5 miles from the Prominence area, Walton Dunes is an easily accessible beach entrance! Unlike Deer Lake, there are no stairs/ramps and you can walk right up to the beach. You take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for cars/golf carts. Beach service is the only amenity provided.

Santa Clara: located 3.5 miles away and is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A, 1/2 mile east of Scenic 395, turn south on Bramble Grove Place.

HOUSE RULES:

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

Appreciate how smooth everything went, no surprises
Entire reservation was seamless and smooth. Clear instructions. Home was clean and comfortable. Bonfire included was the kids favorite. They hunted for ghost crabs and ate their weight in marshmallows. Thank you for the great and memorable vacation!

Beautiful home and spotlesss. Easy communication with 30a beach girls. Bonfire night was enjoyable we added a photographer and had great pictures made. Our stay was awesome.The only thing that was a little difficult was the amount of kids everywhere in the neighborhood. Would like to come back.

My family and I just got back from a wonderful vacation. It was in a perfect location to the pool and entrance/exit. I love how clean the home was and everything we needed was stocked. Our children, two teenagers and a pre-teen, loved the neighborhood as well. The pool was a lot of fun as well. We loved how Prominence was a central location to everything. Whether we wanted to go to Seaside or Panama City Beach, nothing was too far. The free bonfire was everyones favorite night! Thank you for the lovely accommodations! We cannot wait to return.
