Please note (addressing some of the reviews present): The community of townhomes have the same smaller size water heater. The water heater installed in the home is new. We recommend waiting 15-20 minutes between showers to ensure the best experience.

Weekend in Mesa

We were down for a wedding and it was located close to family and venue for which we loved. We were also close to a couple of stores that made it easy to pick up things we forgot.

Place was located perfect for us. Had issues with hot water. Only 1 shower was warm.

Advised the owner of the water issue and was told it was getting looked into, I will go back, but only if the 4 bedroom 3bath has an accurately sized water heater
