Specifically looked at this property because of it's located to the ocean as well as the rainforest and it fulfilled this goal. Loved the beach access however does require mobility navigating outdoor stairs or a hiking path. Really appreciate that all linens were fragrance free, this is very impactful on an expirence as someone sensitive to fragrance.

We stayed in this unit for 6 weeks and had a marvelous time. The view into the ravine and across to the mountains is spectacular. We had our breakfast on the upper deck most mornings, enjoying the views and the birdsong. The unit is stylishly and comfortably appointed. There are windows on all four sides of the unit and plenty of fans available as needed to regulate temperature and maintain comfort. The kitchen and laundry appliances are high quality and function very well. The owner was available and helpful with any questions.

Wonderful spot. Great views of the mountains. Very close to Hideaway Beach and Queens Bath. Host was very responsive. Appreciated the location, beach towels, flippers and extra sunscreen that was reefsafe. Would love to go back someday and stay longer!

This is our second time staying at this location. We stayed here for two unforgettable weeks—and honestly, we could have stayed forever. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, with fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking views in every direction. Beautiful villa

Highly recommend for location, views, and comfort. The home easily accommodated four adults, and is steps away from 1 Hotel and Hideaway Beach. We enjoyed great views from the lanais, and there is a great farmer’s market nearby. Highly recommend!

Mountain View villa

We had a lovely stay at the Mountain View villa. Always enjoy staying in Princeville. Villa layout is comfortable with all the amenities. Close to a couple beaches, all though it is quite a hike down to both. We enjoyed the Hanalei Bay beaches! Would definitely recommend to others to stay here.

Great Stay in Princeville

The villa was an excellent place to stay for our time in Princeville. Hideaway beach is right across the street and it is a true connivence when you watch everyone else wait for a parking place. We took advantage of all the activities in the Princeville area and the location of the villa was perfect. It had all the amenities you could ask for at a VRBO.
