Hanalei Bay Resort, #3106

One-of-a-kind studio unit with a stunning view overlooking Hanalei Bay and beautiful Bali Hai. Located at Hanalei Bay Resort - 22 acres of Hawaiian paradise only minutes away from one of Hawaii’s most beautiful white sand beaches, Pua Poa. Our ground floor condo is fully air-conditioned and only steps from parking and the gorgeous resort pool.

The space
Hotel style studio. The living space includes a king bed, a lounge chair, a dresser, a table with two chairs, and a mini-kitchenette. There is a large bathroom with a closet and walk-in shower for two. There is a TV with cable, Wifi, and air conditioning. There is also a lounge chair and a table and chairs on the lanai.

Things to note:
The unit does not have a full kitchen but does include a mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker and dishes. There are grills and microwaves in the resort common areas. There is also a laundry room with coin washing machines and dryers in the next building.
Hanalei Bay Resort charges 2 fees that must be paid directly to them at the front desk.
Upon check-in, you will be charged a one time registration fee of $50 and a resort/parking fee of $45+ tax a night per unit. This fee includes parking and allows access to all of the wonderful resort amenities, including the pools, hot tub, towels, beach shuttles if you don't feel like walking, fitness center, laundry room, tennis courts, outdoor grills, and more.

Cancellation policy
100% refund for cancelations within 60 days. 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days, We do not provide refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival unless we can rebook the unit.

Loved our stay here! Convenient to Hanalei Bay, also an easy walk over to Hotel 1 for sunset drinks. The shower is like nothing I’ve experienced. There are all the extra jets in the walls and you get a 360 clean

Incredible condo with a beautiful view from the bed and lanai….it is the real deal! Check in was really smooth and simple. We really enjoyed the location of the condo within the resort as it was super easy to everything. Definitely will stay here again!

Property location and views are unbeatable. However, the unit is a little dated and some things could be updated (i.e. new curtains, a microwave, etc.). Check-in was delayed for unforeseen reasons but the hosts were very nice and accommodating while we waited.

Perfect spot for 2!

Beautiful little place in a stunning location. Resort grounds were perfect with spectacular views. Staff were very friendly. Host was very responsive and we really appreciated the amenities available including beach and snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying at the Hanalei Bay resort as it is the perfect location in Kauai. Can’t wait to go back!

Paradise found

The view! It is so gorgeous, it seems unreal. The resort pool was stunning, imagine swimming in a lagoon with waterfalls and swim up bar. The unit had everything we needed and the fancy shower was a nice surprise.

This is a beautiful resort and the room was exactly as described. The view of the Napali Coast and the bay was mesmerizing. Dale is a great communicator. Everything was perfect.

If the new owner of this property is half the owner that Dale is, you should have no worries.

Dale was a perfect property owner that took care of everything that arised during our two week vacation. I would highly recommend this property if you want one of the best views in Hawaii.

Top Notch Location and View

Beautiful location, easy access to room, and an amazing view. Cute visitors everyday with the Nei Nei (Hawaiian Geese) and tremendous sunsets make the stay feel so unique and memorable. Not the quickest or easiest drive to the actual resort, as it is reallt far into Princeville, but worth the extra time to get there. Great communication with the Host (Stacey) as they allowwd us to check out a little later due to flying out that night. We also left behind a cell phone cord and was immediately notfiied that it would be left at the feont desk. We would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Kauai.

Epic View

I have lived and own in Princeville for 27 years. I have a VRBO Vacation rental in Princeville. There is no comparison. This HBR Vacation rental is so much betta. The view of Hanalei, walk down to the beach, the Princeville Hotel out of commission; this is the place. Mahalo, Jack.

Million dollar views.

This place is part of a very nice resort with a large pool and swim up bar. You can't beat the sunset views from the patio. Just beautiful. We had a minor issue with the water heater, however Dale addressed it to our satisfaction right away. The interior is a little dated and could probably use a few updates, however we felt it was a good value for the money.

This beautiful unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay on the north shore. We had a few unique problems on arrival, but we were readily taken care of. This unit has the most beautiful view and is a close walk to all of the amenities. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open and the pool bar was only open Thursday-Sunday, but that is no fault to to the owner! He was quite accommodating! We would love to stay here again!

The location was fantastic!

The property landscaping was Perfectly landscaped and maintained with great mountain and bay views. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub. But the pool water is cold and hardly anyone could enjoy the beautifully pool. If the pool water was heated this place would be perfect! Over all the condo unit was clean and in good condition, but the bed mattress was very very ferm and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We would definitely come back and stay again. Hopefully next time they will have the pool heated up a little bit, along with better bed mattres in unit.

Always Paradise!

We loved our stay at HBR! We usually stay in the guava building but this property was perfect. No stairs and literally 15 ft from the parking lot…both excellent since I had just come out of surgery on both of my feet. The studio was clean and well appointed. The view is sublime. Our only request would be to have some normal sized pillows, the king sized ones were just too large for us. And maybe a microwave to reheat leftovers or heat up water for tea. I hate making tea in coffee pots…never tastes right. But despite those two minor things…communication was easy and they were delightful hosts to us!

fabulous view

We had a great time in Princeville and loved many things about the accommodations...PHENOMENAL view, great spa shower, comfy bed. We did think the ad was somewhat misleading. The unit is called a "studio". All studios that I've ever been to have full kitchens (even if they're small). This one didn't have a sink (we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink using hand soap) or a microwave. If the owner's closet were moved, there would be enough space for a larger kitchen. The other surprise was that the unit is part of a resort. We did enjoy the amenities of the resort (e.g., clean beach towels every day, the cart ride to the private beach, etc.) but it we didn't know in advance that there would be check-in, resort and parking fees over and above the VRBO cost. Also, given those expenses, it would have been nice to have early check-in. We arrived at 11:30 and couldn't get in to the room until 4 pm. To be fair, the front desk wouldn't allow early check-in without permission from the owner.

The view was stunning! Absolutely loved waking up to misty mountains and watching the gorgeous sunsets. Everything was fantastic. The apartment was clean and lots of things were provided including beach chairs.
