Large 1 bedroom / 2 full bath ground-floor condo
in Princeville, on Kauai's North Shore at The Cliffs Resort. No need to worry about struggling up stairs with your bags to get to this easily accessible condo. Check out our:
1. Queen sized sleeper sofa in living room.
2. Blueray DVD and cable TV
3. Super comfortable Cal. King bed in master bedroom.

It’s always great to be surprised on the upside! Condo was even better than advertised. View from the room over the grassy bluff (with 2-10 Nene birds) to the ocean beyond was spectacular. Definitely one of the two best buildings on the property. Front desk people were exceptionally friendly and owner was very responsive.

This unit had the coveted view for the Cliffs resort! We thoroughly enjoyed being on the ground level as we could not only see the beautiful ocean but when we spotted whales we quickly went out to the chairs along the cliff with the binoculars to get a closer view. I didn’t realize at first that this condo was in a resort but after we arrived I learned of the many amenities. One we enjoyed was the Monday & Friday market where locals brought their merchandise to you along with fresh fruits, veggies, coconut milk, baked goods and a food cart with breakfast. There was also concierge services that were helpful as this was our first visit to the island. Another perk was I was happy to learn that there is a wellness team onsite and I booked a massage in my condo! It was a fun a relaxing vacation. If you love birds you will enjoy all the variety.

Great ocean views and easy access

Booked this room for a staycation/birthday party for the wife and she was not disappointed. The ocean views were amazing and all the amenities are pretty close. My wife enjoyed the hot tub and kids loved the pool.

Incredible stay

Loved everything about this trip. The condo was beautiful, the open doors allow for a great breeze on hot days and it’s direct view off the cliffs is incredible. Clean condo, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this place again and hope to stay again in the future!

This condo at the Cliffs is a great location in Princeville. With nearby trails to beaches, it’s perfect for adventuring. The ground floor access is perfect to walk straight out to the lawn for sunset. Vince and Catherine were super helpful, accommodating, and very quick with response to inquiries.

Since our purchase date, The Cliffs has transformed into one of the premier resorts on the North Side. The stunning pools, friendly staff and long list of on site activities provide lots of options when you just don't want to leave the resort. World class beaches are a short drive away. Why they chose this property

There is so much to do on site that you don't have to leave to have a wonderful day. The Cliffs is equipped with things to do for adults and kids of all ages, such as a putting green, shuffle board, tennis courts, garden walks, basketball and a playground. Sport equipment is provided at no charge at front desk. People come from all over to watch the whales in the winter and everyday to see the stunning evening sunset. Shh... it's right outside our back door... come see!

What makes this property unique

So many activities just to do at the resort. It has two great hot tubs, one of which is connected to the pool. Great to roll out of one and into the other! The other hot tub is for adults only. On-site fitness, shuffle board, basket ball, pickle ball, tennis are all complimentary, just ask the friendly front desk staff for the equipment. The nightly sun sets are spectacular and guests at this condo have a front row view!
