The unit was great. Quiet, clean, spacious, well appointed, access to a lovely pool, beautiful lanai / deck overlooking flora and fauna for relaxing and reading... We look forward to renting it again on our next trip to Kauai.

My wife and I had an amazing stay! Unit was spacious for two and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the beach gear that was available to use on our excursions. Location of this unit was a short drive to many of the popular north shore sites, dining and beaches although few if any are within walking distance. Highly recommend.

I I was really happy with our stay here. The unit actually exceeded my expectations it is slightly larger than it appears and the photos. The kitchen and back deck are so nice it really opens up the unit which is more of a studio but with a large kitchen and large bathroom for people can fit in it comfortably please keep in mind that the sofa is not a sofa bed what they have is a plushie blow up bed, however it was comfortable and way to put up and break down. Walking distance to grocery store and shops/eateries. Theres a pocket park nearby with fitness equipment and a playground. Close to Makai golf course. Beautiful area.

Never felt crowded in this well designed small space. EVerything was clean and worked well. Noise of rain, chickens and birds - not traffic. WE never needed them, but there are plenty of fans and AC. also plenty of storage for our luggage. Hosts were responsive to our requests.

I stayed for 2 days and was happy with the room. Although I didn't use most of the amenities it was available. There was a full kitchen, washer and dryer, full size refrigerator and many other conveniences. The whole neighborhood was beautiful including this property.

The location was in a wonderful neighborhood. The condo had everything we needed. I did had to request check in info from the host but they responded immediately after I asked. I would absolutely stay again.

The pictures do not reflect how much space there is...we were pleasantly surprised. Parking was right outside the building. Parking spaces in Hawaii are narrow. Wifi was good. Hosts were very responsive.

I’m very disappointed with our experience with this property and host. Hurricane Lowell passed through Kauai just three days before our scheduled stay, creating circumstances that made it impossible to go. Our first accommodations canceled our stay due to the hurricane. We contacted the host to explain the situation and requested a refund, but our request was refused.What was most frustrating was the lack of communication afterward. I sent multiple messages trying to discuss the situation and find a reasonable solution, but the host completely stopped responding and ignored my messages.I understand that hosts have cancellation policies, but I believe situations involving significant weather events deserve reasonable consideration and, at minimum, communication with the guest. We were left feeling like our concerns did not matter.Based on our experience, I would encourage future guests to carefully review the cancellation policy and consider how the host handles unexpected circumstances and communication before booking and get travel insurance.

Wonderful location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this VRBO. It was clean and the air condition cooled the unit quickly. We loved that there was a cooler, snorkels and beach chairs. The owners were really great to work with. We would stay here again!

Nice place, good location, helpful host

Great location. Easy walk to the Princeville shopping center and Saturday outdoor market. Nice space, clean and comfortable. There were problems with the automated communication system but the host was always available to get us what we needed.

Accurate description of studio apartment. Pool on site and fun. Everything was working. Kept it clean without bugs. Kitchen stocked just enough to handle meals for 4. They had detergent , oil, and salt and pepper there for use. It was a king sized bed, couch, and they had a blow up mattress for use. On first search, I couldn't find bedding other than a thick comforter for the blow up bed, and I also couldn't find how to blow it up, so we just slept on the big bed and the couch. I was going to ask the host how to blow up the bed and where the sheets were, but our party ended up being happy with just the big bed and the couch, so we never asked. Since we never used the 2nd bed, I can't speak to how it was or if the blow up equipment was there or worked. All in all, we were all happy and comfortable there. Beautiful and quiet grounds, easy to find. Working cooler to take the edge off the heat when needed. Shower was fine. We might ask for more just a couple more towels so we could do less washes. (There were 4 towles total). We would readily stay there again.

Condo is clean, well equipped, with nice back deck and in a pleasant and walkable location. Easy walk to beautiful sunset overlook and to grocery store, local shopping strip. Check-in had two issues, which will probably be resolved for next guests. 1. Advertised w/sofa bed, needs to be updated to air mattress bed, with setup instructions provided. 2. Check in code arrived 1 hr late (at 5, not 4), likely due to recent spring time change which Hawaii doesn’t do. We arrived at 5, so other than concern, didn’t affect our plans. Hosts were very responsive and resolved bedding issue immediately, with housekeeping staff setting it up.

Home away from Home

Great location to explore the beautiful north shore of Kauai. The condo has everything you need to rest and recuperate from your explorations. We especially enjoyed the large refrigerator and ice maker, the washer/dryer, AC, beach chairs and towels, and the ceiling fans. The Host also included a great summary of things to do, places to eat, and things to see. So appreciate their advice and attention to details. Mahalo!

Good, not great

It’s an okay condo, but could use better communication from the owner. I had “housekeeping” walk in on me significantly after check in time, which doesn’t make it feel very safe. They were still finishing the chores and doing laundry but there was no communication about this and it really freaked me out to have someone just walk in. The AC is loud and chairs are uncomfortable to the point that you cannot sit on the porch or at the kitchen table. Otherwise, it was an okay condo.
