About this property

Modern & Clean Princeville studio with AC, private lanai, and fast Wi-Fi!

The studio is equipped with a KING bed, fast Wi-Fi, a wall mounted 43" SMART TV along with an Apple TV (bring your log in for the Apple TV).

The bathroom was fully renovated with a large walk in shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your comfort.

The unit comes equipped with a small kitchenette that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric water kettle and 2 sets of dishes including cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses.

Please note this is not a full kitchen. Regulations prevent the addition of an oven/cooking in this space.

Inside the closet you will find a steamer, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 1 matching beach umbrella, boogie board and 2 golf style umbrellas for walks.

Beach equipment (e.g. snorkels, umbrellas, boogie boards) is provided as a convenience only. Guests use these items at their own risk.

The private lanai comes equipped with 2 chairs and a table, we also have an outdoor love seat to enjoy.

Short and Sweet

We needed a landing spot after very busy, active days. Location was perfect for picking up shuttle to Ha’ena state park for hiking. Took advantage of the pool and hot tub to wind down in the evening. Short stay, but had everything we needed.

Better than expected.

This is definitely a paradise at a reasonable price.Small studio, clean, renovated, very comfortable with a large patio. Birds singing in the morning, coolness from the ficus that creates shade. The village is just beautiful. We grilled a great steak by the pool and enjoyed our vacation in Kawaii Erik was very kind and very good at organizing the check in and taking care of us Jast Amazing.

We really appreciated Erik's flexibility and understanding! We unfortunately had to cancel our trip last minute due to a hurricaine forecast to hit in the middle of our trip. We found that our trip insurance would not cover cancellation unless our flight was cancelled or if we were on the island when the storm hit (which we did not want to risk). When we spoke with Erik, he generously allowed us to keep part of our payment for the stay. We truly appreciate his kindness and hope we can stay at his studio in the future!
