Welcome to our ocean, jungle, mountain/waterfall view Princeville condo on Kauai's spectacular North Shore, one of the most beautiful and peaceful locations on earth. The Princeville Resort area is known for its gorgeous beaches, world-class golf, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, kayaking, horse-back riding, tennis, helicopter tours, dining, and shopping.

We are brand new owners and just finished a complete renovation of the entire condo in August 2012. Enjoy the redesigned kitchen layout with new hardwood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Relax while enjoying the new furniture, tile and bamboo flooring (no icky-sticky rental carpet!), quiet ceiling fans, luxurious bedding, linens, and bathrooms. Some people will advertise a renovated or remodeled condo, but they've only replaced a few things. Everything in our condo is new, current, comfortable and inviting.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom, TWO queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The two queens in the guest bedroom allow you to sleep 5 comfortably in beds without having to use the sleeper sofa in the living room. The guest bedroom is not a master, so the 2nd bathroom in the condo is in the hallway. Our condo is on the second (top) floor so you don't have the noise of anyone above you, and you have privacy since people walking around outside can't see in through the windows like they can in bottom floor units (no fishbowl effect). The condo has everything you need for a great vacation, including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, books, movies, games, 42 inch flat screen, WIFI and more.

Ali'i Kai II is known in Princeville as one of the most quiet, peaceful, and immaculately landscaped complexes in the area, and our unit is in the building with the best location in the entire complex. We have a partial ocean view from our lanai and breathtaking jungle, mountain/waterfall views from the dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master shower windows. Ours is the only building with great views from both sides. Every other building has a parking lot only or parking lot/pool view from the dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master shower windows. Like most properties near the coast on Kauai, we do not have air conditioning, but we have ceiling fans in each room, and the cooling trade winds hit our condo perfectly. Also, the lanai's in our building don't face the direct sun, so you can comfortably sit out on the lanai all day long if you want to without overheating as you would in other buildings. Right outside the front door is a large greenbelt bordering a jungle canyon filled with tropical birds which sing the most beautiful songs each morning and afternoon. We are also close to the pool area (but not too close to be disturbed) with it's newly renovated and immaculate pool, separate kiddie pool, large hot tub, and ready to use gas bar-b-ques.

Don't get stuck in just another 'condo'. We have taken great care to outfit the property with everything you will need for a worry free stay. No cloak and dagger here or disappointment; just beautiful, no hassle fun for a reasonable cost on the spectacular North Shore of Kauai.
