While we keep the space very clean and control pests, please note Kauai is a tropical island and there may be insects (ants, spiders, centipedes, roaches, mosquitos), roosters and chickens island-wide and surrounding outdoors.
Shared front entrance lanai is quiet zone and adjacent space may be rented to guest or tenant.
