This Air Conditioned, newly renovated, spacious 1 BdRm condo with Primary Bedroom and Full Bathroom plus Loft with half Bath is located in the Resort Community of Princeville. New Novaform Comfortgrande King Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom and Queen Size Bed with half Bath in a separate Loft area.
Relax with your morning coffee on the large lanai before heading out to enjoy your Kauai day. This condo has a fully equipped, up to date kitchen with new black and stainless cooktop stove, Blender, toaster, rice cooker - steamer and crock pot. Newly tiled walk in shower, bathroom and vanity. This unit provides a Reserved Parking Space. Beach chairs and cooler are also included. A wide variety of activities are literally right out the door, Princeville Makai Golf course and tennis courts are across the street. Hideaways Beach for swimming and snorkeling is within walking distance. The Princeville walking - jogging path will lead you to sunset views overlooking the North Shore. Hawaiian homey very comfortable ambiance was great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The place was super nice. Lots of little comforts of home, as opposed to hotel or timeshare places. We would definitely come back. Mike was easy to work with and replied very quickly if we had questions.

This condo was perfect for our eight day getaway! Very well stocked kitchen. We loved having a washer and dryer, especially after hiking the Nā Pali Coast during a rain/mud storm! There were even a few seasonings in the kitchen and enough detergent to do multiple loads of laundry. What a blessing! We also loved the outdoor covered lanai to eat our tropical fruit for breakfast!The one thing to improve on would be a softer bed and/or topper and upgrade the pillows.The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was clean and well stocked, even with some beach chairs to use. The location in Princeville was great and the walk to hideaway beach was beautiful!

Great stay and experience with this property. The place was clean. Location was excellent in Princeville! A quick drive for all your north shore activities. Owner was very responsive the 2 times we had questions and reached out. Was here for a honeymoon stay for a few days and wouldn’t definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as advertised and well appointed with everything needed for a long stay and a great day at the beach. Could use better directions to the parking spot but not that difficult to find. The proximity to many beautiful beaches on the north side of the island is a plus. Mahalo Mike!

Amazing Sandpiper Village condo stay

What a great place! Bigger than I expected, super clean and very well equipped and organized. The washer and dryer is a total plus! Mike was wonderful to deal with, answered all my questions super promptly, easy check in, and check out was a breeze. Would highly recommend and would def come back. Mahalo Mike!

Beautiful location

Enjoyed our stay in Mike’s condo. Communication with him was easy and helpful, and he responded quickly. Cute loft space with extra bathroom and bed in loft. Clean and well equipped condo. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful area. Right next door to Hanalei. Shopping within minutes away.

BEST RENTAL

Loved this rental so much! It had everything we needed and was furnished beautifully. I’ve been staying in the sandpiper complex for 10 years now and this condo was the nicest one we have had yet. We will defiantly be staying here again next year! Also, for anyone not familiar with the area! Princeville is the best spot to stay in the north shore of Kauai. It’s close to all the best beaches and has all the shopping you need in just a min drive away.

Clean, spacious, well ventilated, ac was not necessary. Mike even provided lawn chairs which we took to the beach. Condo and dedicated parking space was a bit hard to find at first, but no big deal. A nice 25 minute walk past the golf course to grocery store and a few restaurants- we liked Tiki Iniki. Would definitely stay here again!

Wish I Could Live Here

The unit was so beautiful and clean and well equipped. A very comfortable accommodation with all the necessary amenities including beach gear. We didn’t need the upstairs space at all, but a great space for two additional people. Big lanai, fans everywhere to keep it cool. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Mahalo!

This lovely condo was exactly as shown! Really well set up and spacious for my husband and I. We enjoyed the kitchen and huge lanai as well as the huge shower. Mike was easy to communicate with and answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thanks Mike!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

The condo was perdect! It is in a great location and has all the amenities we needed for our stay. I booked this place for a friend and I to stay while we visited for a wedding so the in-unit washer/dryer was so handy. Plus there is a second bedroom up in the loft that is hard to see by the pictures alone - it was super convenient for us and I bet it would be the perfect amount of space for a family or a few friends to split. Mike was also super communicative before and during my reservation. Check in was a breeze and the house rules and requests list in the unit made checkout easy as well.
