Kauai’s Most Breathtaking Views at Hanalei Bay Resort

Welcome to your Kauai paradise. Unit 9203 is located in the renowned Bamboo building which features the most stunning views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai.

This recently updated, air conditioned studio condo features a comfortable king size bed beneath a ceiling fan, looking out onto your private lanai overlooking Hanalei Bay. The kitchenette features a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, teapot, glasses, dishes, and silverware. The spacious bathroom features a shower and comfortable towels. The resort has washers and dryers located within steps of this unit.

Imagine yourself on the lanai with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail overlooking the turquoise bay after spending the day at our nearby beach with our full compliment of beach toys including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and coolers.

The Hanalei Bay Resort is a tropical paradise with eight hard surface and clay tennis courts, Kauai’s only swim up bar in a lagoon style pool, and a restaurant serving cocktails and dinner seven days a week. Concierge service, optional valet parking, golf cart transport around the resort and to the beach, tennis and pool amenities, and wi-fi are all included in the reasonable resort fees, see below. These fees are not included in this booking, they are to be paid directly to the resort upon check in.

Note that this unit may be combined with unit 9201 and 9202 to make a 1300 square foot two bedroom or 1750 square foot three bedroom oasis for up to eight guests. Please see VRBO listings 2374272 and 2375600 for rates and availability. Or if you'd like all three units see listing 2375681.

GUEST NOTICE -- A $50.00 Check-In Fee is required for each reservation. Non-Hanalei Bay Resort owners are subject to a daily Resort Fee of $25.00 plus tax, and a daily Parking Fee of $20.00 plus tax for each vehicle they bring. Owners with more than one vehicle will incur an additional Parking Fee.

The most gorgeous view! We loved watching the waves roll in and the majestic mountains while listening to the birds chirping; so beautiful! Laurie was a wonderful host and commentator as well. The king size bed was very comfortable and it was great to have access to the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The resort is lovely as well with such pretty landscaping and a relaxing pool area with soothing water falls. Thanks for having us, Laurie!

The place had beautiful views! We enjoyed staying at Hanalei Bay Resort, with easy access to the beach and pools. The room itself, lacked some basic amenities…we ran out of toilet paper and body wash after the first day and had to go buy some. There were no mugs to drink coffee or tea in the morning.

Perfect Stay in Princeville!

My hubby & I recently stayed here, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by lush greenery.One of the highlights was exploring the nearby hiking trails as well as spending time on the pristine beaches. Another bonus is having a fun bar/restaurant- "Happy Talk" on the property Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Kauai. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time here. We booked it because of the views. View was exactly as depicted. We went to Happy Talk and the pizza place each night. Went down to the beach or Tunnels Beach each day. Either way was superb. Great spot to judt vhill.

The room may be small (like a hotel room with a kitchenette), but the location is remote and quiet and the deck and view of Hanalei Bay, Bali Hai/Makana, and sunsets are amazing! Wonderful property.

The view was breathtaking

This was honestly the best condo we have even stayed in . The bed and furnishings we wonderful and so comfortable. I was even surprised that the food in the resort was very good. I could sit and look at the unbelievable view all day. I can’t wait to book again.

The View!

Gorgeous setting with unobstructed views! I very much enjoyed my stay on this beautiful property and would love to come back. The only minor issue: a crew was working each day replacing the roof directly above the unit, causing noise and a bit of discomfort.

Perfect vacation

Amazing!

I will come stay here every time I ever visit Kaua’i! It was that good! Although personally I would enjoy a more comfortable lounging chair outside, so maybe just a recommendation from me to the host ;), but that didn’t stop us from thoroughly enjoying the whole stay. The view was amazing! Communication was great and the resort area was beautiful! Definitely a top place to stay.

Stunning View!

Perfect for the two of us. Besides the magical view the grounds are beautiful also. The unit does need some improvements like the shutters on the sliding door is broken and off the track and the chairs on the lanai are not that comfortable. More importantly it was clean and welcoming!! Really enjoyed our visit!!

Breathtaking Bali Hi and Hanalei Bay view!

I was in awe the minute I opened the door and saw the view. We would be looking at for the next five days! Just breathtaking! A couple things to note upon arrival, the smoke detector was on the counter in the closet. And a few of the lights./outlets do not seem to be working. We would like to book the same unit and possibly an additional for next year same time! We plan to make this spot an annual event.

Heaven on earth

Hanalei Bay Resort and this unit can best be described as heaven on earth. Likely some of the best views on the property from this building. Grounds are immaculate and akin to a botanical garden. The unit itself was clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Laurie was very kind and responsive to all our questions. We’ll be dreaming of the views and the sunsets until we return again. Thanks to Laurie and her family for sharing this amazing piece of paradise.

One of the best views you can get of the Bay

Absolutely stunning views of Hanalei Bay. This property had plenty to offer with amenities and is beautiful. Their beach is one of the best for sunset on the island. My only complaint would be the amount of walking required to get to the unit and to the beach. To be fair there is a golf cart that can come get you, that the resort will provide if you call or text from sun up to sunset. We honestly never used the service, but it is nice that it is available. The communication was great and the unit is beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. They provide great recommendations in the binder in the unit for anything you need on the north shore. We loved our stay and will be back next time we visit Kauai!

I was 18 years old when first traveled to Kauai. My sister and I
hiked the Na Pali Coastline trail. I fell in love with Kauai and
hoped that everyone I cared about could come here someday and
experience the love, the beauty and the magic of Kauai. Many
decades later, my husband Steve and I returned here after
raising our kids. That was December 2020. Covid Time. We
stayed in this very condo and both of us felt drawn to this island
in a way that words can’t describe. We have traveled all over the
world, 30 + countries and stayed in hundreds of different
accommodations in our travels. Of all the places we traveled in
the world, Kauai is hands down our favorite place.
Of all the Hawaiian Islands, this garden island is by far our
favorite. When we decided, we were going to buy here, we looked
all over the island and viewed many different condos. We kept
coming back to this lovely condo. This is our favorite part of the
island because of the mountains and stunning beaches. We felt
that we got the best condo in the complex with the best
unobstructed views in Hanalei Bay Resort. . Today, we are beyond
happy to share our little piece of paradise with you. Kauai might
just be the most romantic place on Earth. Everywhere you look is
beautiful! Stunning landscapes, pristine beaches, amazing waves,
beautiful flowers, and unforgettable sunsets. Kauai is steeped in
history and culture. Of course, there is no shortage of things to do
and see. We hope that you find the same magic, love and beauty
that touched our souls and lingers in the air no matter where you
are at in Kauai.
