Beautifully decorated with exquisite furniture, this spacious 300sqm) newly-built apartment can comfortably accommodate six persons. It has two bedrooms each one with cable TV, a private bathroom and built-in closet, a large dining & living room with cable TV and fast internet, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a shaded nice terrace overlooking nature. The house is equipped with A/C, a washer, and a dryer. A service bedroom with a private bath is also accessible. The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator and has two private parking spaces just in front of the entrance.
