** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

The home was immaculate! Clean, tons of room in shared spaces, big kitchen with badic appliances, dishes, silverware & cookware. Hosts were attentive, helpfully & responsive throughout stay. Family Vacation

This property didn’t disappoint was so clean and location was very safe and secure. This house was located near Disney World and Universal Studios. Would definitely come back again.

We had a great time. The property was just how it was in the listing. Emily & Kevin where are host and they answered everything and took care of everything we need. We recommend this house 100% and we will be coming back.

Christmas Vacation 2024

Overall, the accommodations were perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to either gather together or spread out individually. The home is just as described in the listing. Great accommodations for a large family! The only downside was the comfort of the mattresses. Extremely firm to the point where most of us woke up with back pain. If you like a firm mattress, then you are good to go. Again, overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely book again.

Great trip

Home was perfect location to Seaworld , discovery cove , ect. Neighborhood was great for a day to stay and relax. Tons to do. House was clean, well laid out and plenty of room for the 10 of us. If we stay again I would get more paper products to have. Need more paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent. Walmart was close so very easy to make an extra run

Overall, it was an okay place to stay. Needs a thorough cleaning (baseboards are filthy). Don't pay for a heated hot tub. Pool was warmer than the hot tub. Could use new and more towels. Needs proper sheets on the beds. Great size home for multiple families. Nice size kitchen, but they need to invest in better, flat bottom pans and more than 1 dish towel.

Vacation

As soon as you walk in the walls are dirty, the stairs carpet has stains, there were. The downstairs fan does not work. It was warm in the house. Not one bathcloth in the whole house. Went to put trash in the trash cash outside there was trash already in it. There were little bugs crawling on the counter, upstairs. This is day 1. Downstairs bathroom tissue holder came off. Ceilings lights hanging down on second day when we came home. Definitely will not stay there again.

Great location in gated community and the property was well maintained. Close enough to the parks to drive back for an afternoon dip in the pool and a late-lunch or early dinner before returning to the park.
