A ground-floor flat : Lounge-diner with open-plan kitchen. Bedroom : king-size bed. Shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Bed made on arrival. Towels provided. Price includes all charges except local tourist tax which is payable directly to the owner. Wooden cot and high chair. WiFi access. Private patio (20m²) and garden (30m²). New for 2016, a comfortable, attractive renovated flat with its own private garden, adjoining the owners’ home in the little village of Lantic, 1km from local shops. Ideally-situated for discovering the Côte de Goëlo, 6km from the charming seaside resort of Binic with its family beaches and marina, 8km from Saint-Quay-Portrieux and 19km from Saint-Brieuc. All charges included for this well-equipped cottage suitable for people with mobility difficulties, not far from the Côte de Goëlo and its charming seaside resort of Binic, a beauty spot of the Côtes d'Armor!
