The room was lovely and the location could not be beat. The St Cyprian market was close by for fresh fruits and vegetables and running by the river was easily accessible. Metro and bus lines were super close and there were SO many eating options, from various types of restaurants to grocery stores. Walking over Pont Neuf to the center of Toulouse was easy so we were able to quickly get back to the rental, when necessary. The patio was great for meditation and yoga. I highly recommend this amazing apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and met our expectations based on the description in the listing. It was an easy and enjoyable walk to the city centre where there are many shops and restaurants. We appreciated the tourist information brochures in the apartment. Only issue was no wine bottle opener! Thank-you for the excellent service.

Terrace was a bonus, kitchen had everything it needed 🙁 No air-conditioning was a serious let down. To not even have a fan or two in the accomodation during summer is a bit ridiculous when it’s 35 degrees and 30 degrees at 11pm. Made the accomodation quite uncomfortable even with windows open"

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Emplacement très proche du centre (on y est rapidement à pied), il y a tout ce qu'il faut en cafés, commerces et restaurants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Seul bémol : Comme c'est une agence, ils prennent 30 Euros pour une arrivée après 22h. Heureusement que nous avions notre fils sur place qui a pu récupérer les clés avant."

Hippolyte Je ne peux mettre que 5 étoiles à chaque car ce logement est géré par une agence professionnelle. En revanche je ne peux que déplorer la démarche de celle-ci qui contribue à enlever les surfaces habitables pour les Toulousains pour les remplacer par des logements pour touristes. De fait les loyers augmentent, les appartements sont achetés par des investisseurs, le quartier perds les habitants qui en font l'essence et devient, à défaut d'être populaire et vivant, un parc d'attraction pour consommateurs du tourisme.

La cuisine est bien équipée, de nombreux petits commerces sont accessibles à pied, le logement peut accueillir 4 personnes sans qu'on se sente à l'étroit. La rue était en travaux au moment de notre séjour donc plutôt calme. Le logement propose une terrasse couverte dont nous n'avons pas profité. Même si je ne suis pas fan de la déco, je recommande ce logement, propre, bien équipé, proche commerces et des bords de la Garonne."
