The Cool Coconut | Bright + Airy Home, Near Beach!

The Cool Coconut is casual and comfortable; a great place to call home for relaxation after a day at the beach. Located just three houses from the 13th Street beach access, enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails overlooking the ocean from the second-floor porch. Stroll the beach, walk to local restaurants and shops, and even walk to the nearest grocery. Guests will love being so close to Tybee's main beach!

The main bedroom and open kitchen and living areas are on the second floor. The bright and airy open living space on the 2nd floor has tall vaulted ceilings, a decorative fireplace, and a large Smart TV to catch all your favorite streaming shows. The living area opens to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with seating for 4, and the dining area has seating for 6. Wall-to-wall sliding doors lead to the large balcony with a view of the beach just at the end of the block. For fun nights in, grab the crew and head to the game room for a little friendly competition!

The 2nd-floor main bedroom suite has a King-size bed and a TV, with access to a small balcony. The attached bathroom has a large tub with a separate walk-in shower. The ground-level bedrooms share a bathroom, with dual vanities and a tub and shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, TV, and access to the private small backyard area. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. The full-size washer and dryer are downstairs near the foyer. The Cool Coconut has a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day spent on the sand.

Located on 13th street on Tybee Island’s South end, this home is within walking distance of all the South end shops, restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to the Tybee Pier and Pavilion. The beach access at 13th street has a boardwalk over the dunes, making it easy to get to the sand and the Ocean. Bring your bikes, or rent them while you’re here - it's the best way to see the Island. This home has a charcoal grill for cooking out and cornhole boards for entertainment in the private backyard area. There is parking for up to 4 cars. Wifi is available.

Lovely, relaxing stay on Tybee Island

Great location - short walk to beach and several restaurants. Quiet, residential street, away from the noisier condominium areas. Perfect for the laid-back Tybee atmosphere we were seeking.

Great Family Stay!

The property was as described, only 3 houses off the beach and super quiet, while still being close to everything, a block from the market and 3 blocks from Tybrisa St. and the pier. Great for a family like ours with older kids (master is upstairs and other two bedrooms are ground floor).

Good enough

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, was clean, and well kept. The only drawback was that it doesn’t have a great ocean view but it was a close walk so we didn’t mind the view. Also, the neighboring houses are very close so we could hear others talking even when they weren’t being loud.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Perfect beach house for our family! It was so clean! From the kitchen appliances, linens, to furniture everything looked brand new. We enjoyed our morning breakfast on the balcony with he beach view. Walk out the front door and onto the boardwalk to the beach was so convenient! We will definitely stay there again.

The place was clean and inviting. Also very close to the beach. It was comfortable.

Great place for a small family. We did have a baby with us. We brought our own pack and play for him to sleep in. Nice weekend overall!
