This property has it all! Infinity pool with spectacular view of the Pacific Coast. There are 5 bedrooms. There are 5 bathrooms. The kitchen is up to date. The dining room and living room blend smoothly together as a great place to gather and entertain. The outdoor space is simply delightful with a large grill by the pool, multiple seating areas all overlooking the pool and the expansive ocean views. Local activities include the "Crocodile Bridge" 10 minutes away, the beaches, dining and shopping of Jaco 20 minutes away. Monte Verde is a wonderful day trip. San Jose airport is an hour away and so is the park of Manuel Antonio. On site property manager available to address your needs.

Unforgettable Vacation

If you want to make your Vacation to Costa Rica unforgettable I would recommend this property to be your firsr priority. Seen the pictures is one thing, but when you see the property, the views and what it has to offer to your family, well its all worth it. The house is beautiful, well kept, clean, beautifully decorated, it has everything you need for your stay. All the rooms, kitchen and living area have an ac unit to keep you comfortable but you can also open the doors and windows to hear the nature that surrounds you. Outside the infinity pool has such an amazing view of the ocean and mountains, once you're in, the last thing you want to do is come out. Buck, the property manager is AMAZING, he will make sure you have everything you need, super friendly, great human being, comes by daily to check up on you, if you need any advice just ask and he'll point you to the right direction. Nelson will go out of his way if you need help with something. As far as nature goes, my family and I had the great opportunity to see Tucans early in the morning, monkeys and even a hawk standing on the balcony rail. You also have iguanas roaming around, but don't worry they run away if you try to aproach them. Overall it was the best vacation home we've been, I wished we would've stay longer but for sure we'll be returning again. Thank you Buck, Nelson and owners for making our vacation unforgettable. It was trully a blessing time.

Wonderful stay

The property is located in the center of everything yet we have privacy as it’s at the top of the mountain, the view is magnificent! My family enjoyed a lot staying there, have to say Buck is very helpful and has provided lots of advice, I was able to book tour and driver to travel around easily!

Fabulous family vacation.

We are 3 generations of family ages 19 - 76. The property and location were perfect for all of us. We enjoyed times where all 7 of us were together and times with smaller groups. The house was magnificent and property manager, Buck, was a godsend. Buck helped us arrange excursions and travel needs. Would absolutely recommend this vacation property.

Absolutely Wonderful!

I can't say enough good things about this house and the whole experience. Ours was a family trip of 3 siblings and spouses (all over 65) and this house was our favorite. The house is actually better than the pictures! We saw wildlife from the pool patio and many birds. We cooked every night and enjoyed preparing meals together and eating in the dining room. But the sunsets! Breathtaking. Thank you to all 4 owners (and Buck) for making your home seem like home to us. If possible, we will be back! Thanks a million.

Why they chose this property

When looking for a home in the area of Jaco, this was the first house we saw. One of us said "one and done" and that indeed turned out to be the case. The views are spectacular and the house is minutes from some of Costa Rica's best attractions. It is a short drive from the airport and day trip distance to the eco highlights in the area.
