Villa Jaco Sol 4 bdr resort & pool near the beach

Villa Jaco Sol is a collection of three charming, air-conditioned houses (casitas or bungalows) that are only rented as one private home on a lush 8,225 sf (764 m2) property. The villa sits in a quiet residential area in Jaco, just a 7-minutes' walk to the beach (600 m), and a 9-minute walk to downtown (750 m).

The property has a fantastic private pool area with a beautiful free-form pool with a natural rock waterfall, chaise longues, floor umbrella, and large al fresco dining table for 10 guests, under a beautiful metal canopy that provides shade.

The entrance to the pool has a seat and then is sloped towards the deep end, with a metal railing for support. Next to the pool is a covered gazebo with bar and stools, equipped with a flatscreen TV with cable TV and streaming channels, Bluetooth speaker, hammock, Weber gas grill (there is also have a Weber 22 charcoal grill if you prefer it), a large cooler on wheels, a half bathroom and an outdoor shower.

This vacation rental villa offers wireless internet throughout the property, dishwasher, ice maker and purified water dispenser, modern air conditioning (central and split units) and a grill. Solar panels heat the house water, thus helping the environment.

The Villa is rented as one private villa only. The setup as follows:

Casita 1 (main) sleeps 4 persons in a Master bedroom (King bed) and a Second bedroom (Double bed). It has 2 full bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, 40" flat screen TV with streaming channels, Blu-ray player and safe box.

Casita #2 (next to pool) sleeps 3 persons in 1 bedroom (1 Double and 1 Twin beds), It has 1 full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a 32" flat screen TV with cable TV and streaming channels, Blu-ray player, safe box, microwave oven and a mini fridge.

Casita #3 (back garden) sleeps 2 persons in 1 bedroom (Double bed). It has 1 full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a 32" flat screen TV with cable and streaming channels, Blu-ray player, safe box and a mini fridge. Casita 3 is behind Casita 1 and is reached by walking through a winding palm garden.

The property is completely fenced in, and doors and have metal bars for additional security. An ADT monitored alarm is there for your added peace of mind if you wish to use it.

Pricing quoted here is for the entire property. The full villa base rate is for up to 8 persons. Thereafter, an additional fee per person per night applies. Children under 3 years old are not charged this fee.

* Pets allowed: only dogs of quiet nature are allowed. A US$25 + VAT pet fee per stay per dog is requested, depending on length of stay. This pet fee does not cover damage caused by pet. Dogs must not swim in pool or climb beds or furniture. Owners must collect and dispose properly of all dog waste.
