Wonderful experience staying here! Liane was friendly and responsive and even offered a few recommendations. When faced with a minor dryer malfunction, she ensured a timely visit by a technician to assess and make a repair to the dryer dial to get the dryer back up and running quickly for the remainder of our trip. You can tell this condo is a favorite place to stay, and that many have made memories of their own. Crystal Tower itself is also well maintained and the pools and beach access are phenomenal perks. Would happily stay here again!!

First time staying at this property and we loved it! The condo was nice and clean, the balcony overlooked the gulf even though it is across the road from the beach. LOVED the fact that they had the enclosed walkway to the pool and beach since we have 4 kids 7 and under and we didn’t have to try to cross the actual street with cars coming. There were three pools which my kids enjoyed all of them. There was security on property which was nice. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend for people with smaller children!

Our stay was perfect for our family. Liane's communication was exceptional from beginning to end. She was very personable and accommodating. The condo was just as described, and in the perfect location for nearby activities. We enjoyed the immediate access to the pools and beach via the bridge, which allowed us to limit driving. The wagon and beach supplies were the ultimate clutch with small kids. It was a truly relaxing space with a beautiful view and all basic necessities. I would highly recommend the space and host. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

The condo needs new furniture. The floor was dirty especially the grout. It was described as having beach furniture. There were 2 beach chairs in good condition. Other 2 were rusted out and seat broken, The balcony floor was black with dirt. The black paint on the outside table and chairs were is chipped Completely off. The hot tub was filthy. The mattress in the master was horrible. The master bathroom sinks are both chipped. The paint on the master vanity is chipped off. I feel the price was way too high and the condo was in need of repairs and a thorough inspection.

Exactly like the pictures. Super nice place to stay. We loved it and will definitely stay again when given the chance. We loved the different pools when we didn’t want to go to the beach.

The overall property was great! Freezer in the room did not work & leaked from ice machine. Not having a freezer for a week was a HUGE thumbs down. I would think the housekeeping would be checking the major appliances every time in every room. But i now know I will definitely be checking everything immediately upon arrival next time!

Great place for families

We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for decades and usually stay with family. This year we rented this condo on our own and it was great. The pools are wonderful, especially when it is raining or if the ocean is closed due to dangerous conditions!

Really enjoyed the muti pool access , getting to the beach was a breeze. The view was beautiful from the balcony .The beach equipment was definitely ruff . Floatys had holes and the wagons handle was broken so it was difficult to use. Overall though it was a very nice place to stay. The dishwasher was broken on our stay but the host got back to us quickly they couldn’t get it fixed till the day we left. So that kinda sucked . But they had plenty of dishsoap to be able to wash them by hand.
