A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, mini-oven, and electric hob.
A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The toilet and radiators are new (July 2025).
Private parking space in the residence.
Linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Cleaning is to be carried out by you at the end of your stay.
An end-of-stay cleaning option is available for €60.
