Incredible modern house with views of Lake Gutierrez and Cerro Catedral in the middle of a forest of Ñires and Maitenes, on the slope of Cerro Ventana. Comfortable and with everything you need for an incredible vacation in the most beautiful place in Argentina. Unbeatable location if you like to be close to nature and away from the noise of the city. Very close to Route 40 with very good access. 15-20 minutes from Cerro Catedral.
