Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location in the district of Kampl and is about 3 km from the center of Neustift - an entire house with a garden - for you alone!

Nearby there is a beautiful landscaped lake with various Sports facilities (soccer field, volleyball court, large children's playground, sunbathing lawn, restaurant directly on the lake), and an adventure park (approx. 5 minutes by car - Fulpmes municipality)!

Recently there is also a new grocery store (Spar) - about 500m away and a bakery is also nearby. On request, daily bread delivery would also be possible!

Our house offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Stubai mountains (see photos) and is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and bike tours!

NEW this summer - the Stubai Super Card (valid from the end of May to mid-October), you can get it for free in our house! With this card, you can use all lifts / mountain railways (Stubai Glacier lift, Elfer lift, Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen Mieders with summer toboggan run) free of charge, use swimming pools free of charge, and use the bus from Mutterberg to Innsbruck for free, from the first to the first last day of vacation!

In our house there is a large apartment (divided on 2 floors), it can accommodate up to 16-18 people.

We have a total of 6 bedrooms:
Room 1: triple room with shower and toilet (ground floor)
Room 2: triple room with shared shower / bathtub and 2x toilet + balcony (1st floor)
Room 3: four-bed room with shared shower / bathtub and 2x toilet + balcony (1st floor)
Room 4: double room with shared shower / bathtub and 2x toilet + balcony (1st floor)
Room 5: triple room with shower and toilet + balcony (1st floor)
Room 6: single room + sofa bed with shared shower / bathtub and 2x toilet (1st floor)

There is a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove / ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher, radio etc.), a pantry with fridge and freezer, a living room with a tiled stove, a large lounge with satellite TV, and free WiFi. Our guests also have a washing machine (for a fee) and an ironing board with iron. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided!

Our family favorite so far!

We absolutely loved our stay at Landhaus Rungger! There were two families who stayed here: 4 adults and 8 children. We had more than enough space inside the house and outside in the yard. Stefanie (the owner) and her mother were very attentive to our needs - from additional toilet paper to a cot for the baby. The home was clean and organized. The washer was wonderful and much needed with 8 kids! The location was absolutely fantastic with so many things to do within a ten minute drive. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!

Perfect, easy-going, family accommodations!

Our stay at Landhaus Rungger was perfect - better than even hoped! We were a party of 10 - 2 families with 3 kids each. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably with room to spare. All of the beds were so comfortable! On our six week journey through Europe, we slept the best here of all of our accommodations! The kids made use of the Stube living space for crafts, games and video games. The huge dining room accommodated our large group, and the kitchen included all that was needed for our family of 10. It was just the right level of clean and nice - not overly fussy and fancy - just clean, comfortable and nice! The location also was very well positioned, as it's just up the hill from Kamplersee - the swimming lake and awesome playground in Kampl. The Spar supermarket and bakery is a quick walk down the hill, and easy to grab fresh food every day or provisions for your outings. The included Stubai card amenities were awesome - we rode gondolas, hiked, and swam every day of our trip, making the most of our trip, and making everyone very happy. We would definitely come back to this accommodation again, for the ease of check in, the location, the included amenities and the overall sense of comfort for both adults and kids during our stay!

Familienurlaub

Wir wurden sehr gut von unserer Vermieterin empfangen. Der Urlaub war für uns sehr interessant, da für alle Altersgruppen etwas dabei war. Jeder ist auf auf seine Kosten gekommen. Das Wandern in dieser wunderschönen Landschaft war für uns, auch bei Regen, ein Erlebnis. Diese Eindrücke werden uns noch lange begleiten. Vielen Dank, dass wir das erleben konnten.

Stefanie, the owner was very helpful and comunicative. The house is well situated, in a quiet neighborhood, near the supermarket or the bus station. It's well equipped, we find all that we need it ( I was with a little child with big needs) . The rooms are big, comfortable and cozy. The garden, and the balconies have an amazing view. We will definitely return. Thank you. We had a wonderful vacation.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine rundum gute Urlaubswoche im Stubaital. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem befinden sich im Umkreis wahnsinnig viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die in wenigen Minuten per Auto zu erreichen sind. Der kleine Badesee ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen und hat neben der Möglichkeit zum Baden auch viele weitere tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Frau Graus war uns von Anfang bis Ende eine gute und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin. Wir haben uns im Landhaus Rungger sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Herberge!

Wundervolles Hüttenfeeling

Wir waren mit drei Familien in dem Haus. Es war super geräumig, alles, was wir brauchten , war vorhanden, die Aufteilung der Räume war perfekt. Sommers wie Winters ein perfektes Urlaubs Domizil. Gerne immer wieder. Die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und kümmerte sich rührend um unsere Belange.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Obwohl unser Familienurlaub mit Hindernissen versehen war da nicht alle wie geplant dabei sein konnten haben wir uns im Landhaus Rungger sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht: Eine vollwertige Küche, schöne Aufenthaltsräume mit einem großen Esstisch an den alle bequem Platz nehmen können und großzügige Zimmer und genügend Badzimmer. Toll ist auch der eigene Skikeller und die genügende Anzahl von Stellplätzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem - sehr empfehlenswert!

Liebe zukünftige Gäste, ich reise viel und 99% in Ferienwohnungen. Eins kann ich Ihnen sagen - dieses Feriendomizil ist sehr sauber, warm, in einem sehr gutem Zustand gehalten, hat alles was man brauchen kann und sehr funktionell! Wir waren 10 Leute mit einem Kind und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt - alle und die ganze Zeit! Wir haben gefeiert, ordentlich gekocht, uns ausgeruht und hat alles perfekt geklappt. Das Ski-Raum im Keller ist eine brillante Idee! Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank an Familie Graus für die tolle Zeit in ihrem Haus und in Stubaital! Stubai statt Dubai ;)
