Modern style home, very convenient location. Top floor and balcony have stunning views of Innsbruck and the mountains. House very clean and organized. Host was very kind and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend!
Amazing views and tons of space for all of us. We loved the location as well. You can walk to the Nordkette to take a gondola ride to the top of Innsbruck, which is an experience I highly recommend. The funicular is just a 2 minute walk from the house, which is extremely convenient, cheap and fast. I’d stay here again.
The property is located in a very convenient area with a great view and neighborhood. The owners are very attentive and responsive. We loved and enjoyed our stay at this property.
Tolle Lage für Sportbegeisterte und auch für die Stadt
Der morgendliche Anblick von oben auf die Stadt Innsbruck unten und die Berge gegenüber ist phantastisch. Wir konnten direkt vor der Haustür unsere MTB-Touren starten, kamen dann ab und zu mit der Hungerburgbahn zurück. Auch für die Stadtbesichtigung/Shoppen ist die Hunberburgbahn klasse und so nah!
Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, wir haben den Aufenthalt als extrem harmonisch empfunden.

Das grosszügige Haus Elza
Wir, eine Seniorengruppe, erlebten das Haus Elza mit seinen grosszügigen Aussen- und Innenräumen als ganz speziell. Die Betreuung durch die zuvorkommenden Vermieter machten alles noch angenehmer.
Die Lage des Hauses so nahe der Busstation und der Bergbahn machten alle Ausflüge sehr bequem.
Für die Küchenschränke bräuchte es allerdings Riesen um bequem an das Geschirr zu kommen.
Innsbruck, eine gepflegte Stadt ist eine Reise wert.

Nice stay
We had a lovely stay in this house. It was comfortable and clean. We came for skiing. And we have to travel 30 to 45 minutes to great ski areas. Innsbruck is a very lovely town, with good reataurants.

Perfect Vacation Spot
When the owner told me that this house is eight minutes from everything, it sounded hard to be true. But it really was an eight minute cab ride from the train station, eight minutes to the top of the mountain and an eight minute cab to the airport! The house itself is like a minimalist cube with stunning views and hiking right outside the door. We were there in late summer, but it seems to be a perfect ski in and ski out location with the tram just steps away.The kitchen is fine but minimally stocked. Beds are comfortable and plentiful. Aside from the bedrooms, there are couches and sleeping spots everywhere. Clean cool vibe that was perfect for our mixed bag of friends meeting up before a biking trip through the Alps. The first and second floor bathrooms are the size of a space capsule, but on the lower level there is plenty of room. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Perfect directions for grocery shopping, finding the house and taking the bus. We highly recommend this house to anyone who can handle spiral staircases.
