The Apart-Chalet GletscherGlück is 104 m² in size and enchants with its unique panoramic view of the entire Stubai Valley. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with large double beds, WiFi flat TV, a desk, seating and a sofa bed. One of the rooms has its own bathroom.

In the sun-drenched dining and living area you can enjoy the wonderful ambience with the Smart Home living system, a romantic tiled stove and a WiFi flat TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and the latest cooking equipment.
The elegant bathroom refreshes you with a double bath and another shower.

You can reach your own well-tended garden with terrace, heated pergola and grill directly from the kitchen and living room.
There are sufficient parking spaces directly at the chalet. There is also a sports hut with a ski boot dryer, where skis and bicycles can be stored.

In summer and winter, the "Stubai SuperCard" is available at a low rate, with which you can enjoy and experience the entire infrastructure in the Stubai Valley and the imperial capital Innsbruck!

Private Getaway! Summer or winter, fabulous!

Great communication with host, Martin. Immaculate apartment with upscale appliances, lovely decor, and beautiful views. The garden and outdoor patio are private, gorgeous and very relaxing. Pictures don’t do justice to this space. Feels like home. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment on excellent location

The apartment is the ground floor of a beautiful house. It has three bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a nice garden with beautiful views on the mountains. The house owner Martin and his mother Eva are very friendly. Laundry is collected and you get it back clean the following day. We made walking trips in the Stubai valley and also to Innsbruck.

Wir hatten in dieser Unterkunft einen super entspannten Urlaub mit sechs Erwachsenen, zwei Hunden und einem Kleinkind. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert, der Empfang sehr herzlich und offen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick und der Garten ein wunderbares Extra. Wandern, Skifahren, Schwimmbadbesuch oder shoppen, für jeden war was in kurzer Entfernung mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Wohnung ist mit fast allem ausgestattet (uns fehlte nur ein scharfes Messer ;-))Der Skibus hält etwas entfernt und da es recht steil ist, mag man die Strecke nicht gehen. Das ist etwas schade.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die herrlich gelegene Ferienwohnung an einem Südhang mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Stubaital und die Berge bietet zusätzlich noch einen schön angelegten Garten mit großer Terrasse. Alles vom feinsten. Innen sehr geräumig, urgemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche tiptop ausgerüstet wie beim Sternekoch. Wir gratulieren - besser gehts kaum und kommen gerne wieder ...

Herzliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber, große Freude bei der Besichtigung der extrem geschmackvoll und technisch hochwertig ausgestatteten Wohnung. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Tirol ist für Urlauber mit bewegungsfreudigen Hunden nur sehr bedingt zu empfehlen, da weitgehender Leinenzwang herrscht. Schade! Es wäre schön, wenn mehr Hundeauslaufzonen vorhanden wären. ..

Super toller Aufenthalt

Waren jetzt schon das zweite mal in der tollen Ferienwohnung. War wieder ein super schöner Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Vor allem die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist traumhaft. Kommen wieder :-)

Schickes Appartement mit zentraler Lage

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche Wanderurlaub in dem Appartement. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Durch den großen Aussenbereich ( Terrasse und Garten ) kann man sich gut mit mehreren Personen aufhalten. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich gegrüßt und Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Gut war die Stubail Card mit der wir alle Lifte und den Zug nach Innsbruck benutzten konnten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren für vier Tage bei Familie Permoser im Stubaital. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, mit direktem Blick auf den Gletscher. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt heimisch gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert..... an dieser Stelle auch nochmal einen ganz lieben Gruß an Eva!!! Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß! Wir können diese tolle Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen ! Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Eine wunderbar ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Terasse, von der aus man das ganze Stubaital betrachten kann und einem kleinen eigenen Garten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Gemütliche Winterwoche mit Traumblick

Haben 1 tolle Woche in der gemütlichen, sauberen und unglaublich gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick auf den Gletscher und die umliegenden Berge war traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unproblematisch und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

After our 4 day hutten tour in the Stubai mountains with our friends and kids, we had a very relaxed stay in the beautiful nice and quiet apartment. `We were with 2 family's 4 adults and 4 kids (15,14,13,11) And this fitted perfect.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, bei herrlichem Wetter in dieser traumhaften Wohnung in Telfes. Oben am Berg gelegen, bietet sie von der Terasse einen wunderschönen Blick über das Tal bis hin zum Gletscher. Sie ist gemütlich ,sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht.Den Kachelofen haben wir wegen des guten Wetters nicht gebraucht, wie schade. Quaint chalet with a great view not too far out of the way.

Martin was very helpful and kind. He did our laundry even. The location was 25 minutes outside of Innsbruck which was perfect to stay out of the hub bub of the city. The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. There was a full kitchen, 3 beds and a great outdoor space. Our stay was great here and would recommend it to anyone!!

What a stay we had in this quaint, comfy chalet! The patio heater was a stellar feature allowing us to enjoy the stars and mountain air deep into the evening. We didn’t have a chance to utilize the kitchen but seemed smartly setup and quite spacious. And oh the automated home system! It was a little confusing at first, but we got it figured out and unlocked the secrets of this wonderful home! We really enjoyed Innsbruck, so I hope I can make it back here again.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Wir hatten trotz Regen wunderschöne Tage im Stubaital. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Mit Martin, dem Gastgeber, war alles totalnunkompliziert und er war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Unterkunft in den Alpen!

Wir könnten mit der Unterkunft nicht zufriedener sein. Da stimmen die Fotos ganz genau. Wir sind da im Sommer gewesen, zum wandern und grillen - hat alles super gepasst! Ausblick bekommt auch 7 Sternen von 5! Danke!!

Tolle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, unkomplizierte Betreuung vor Ort

Unterkunft ist Top, zum Stubau Gletscher in der Karwoche allerdings häufig Stau auf der Zufahrtstrasse, dann teilweise 1h Fahrzeit. Skigebiet Schlick sehr nah, an Ostern allerdingsnicht mehr schneesicher.

Lieber Niko, Vielen lieben Dank für deine tolle Bewertung. Zu Ostern fahren sehr viele Leute selber mit dem Auto zum Gletscher, daher kommt es zu dieser Zeit zu Verzögerungen. Während im Winter viele die gratis Skibuse nutzen und so eine schnelle Anfahrt gesichert ist. Die nahegelegene Schlick ist normalerweise für ihre Schneesicherheit bekannt. Jedoch hatten wir heuer im April eine überaus milde Witterung von über 20° Grad und so kam es zu ersten mal zu dieser Bedingung. Ich freue mich, EUCH bald wieder einmal bei mir begrüßen zu dürfen und wünsche einstweilen Alles Gute! Liebe Grüße aus dem Stubaital Euer Apart- Chalet GletscherGlück
