Great stay celebrating a birthday with family

The service provided by Ziyad as the manager was so helpful, quick and attenuative. The villa chef Mariyam was amazing, she was beyond expectations, so talented and versatile and often cooked bespoke dishes for us. I would request Mariyum again if we ever visit again. Lastly, our butler Angel was truly remarkable, always smiling and welcoming, and so accommodating to us all. It is safe to say they made the trip for us in this outstanding villa. The cinema room was incredible but not really able to use as it was so hot in there it was uncomfortable to sit. Better air con or fans is required.

SEJOUR EN FAMILLE

Le logement est magnifique, un cadre verdoyant très bien entretenu ! Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine, le tennis et la pétanque Les repas de la cuisinière étaient excellents La gouvernante Ilham est très gentille et discrète Merci à Philippe pour les bons conseils , Mohamed pour sa disponibilité et notre guide de l'Ourika qui était très patient avec les enfants (Mohamed si je ne me trompe pas) Les navettes étaient toujours bien à l'heure Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dont on gardera d'excellents souvenirs.

Un séjour agréable

La villa offre des espaces variés, volumineux et bien aménagés, intérieurs comme extérieurs. La maison est bien distribuée et offre un bon comfort. Nous remercions Yassin pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Le jardin est particulièrement agréable. Les services de massage sont excellents. La cuisine n’est pas à la hauteur d’un « chef ». Le tennis n’est pas praticable car pas entretenu et encombré des défections d’animaux, qui sont aussi très nuisibles le matin. Les thermostats de douches sont à changer car impossible d’avoir une température constante, l’eau passant de très froide à très chaude toutes les 30 secondes. Aucune présence du staff de séjour Maroc (Manager séjour) que nous n’avons vu que le dernier jour pour le paiement des extras. Même par WhatsApp, la réactivité était médiocre: j’ai attendu 24h pour la seule et unique question posée pendant le séjour.
