Relaxing Adirondack Escape with Pool & Large Deck, 8 miles to Lake George

Spacious home in Lake Luzerne, New York with lovely porch in the front and a private pool and fire pit in the back where you can listen to nature and relax.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, large refrigerator, oven and stove top, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker (option of Keurig k-cup or ground pot), pots and pans in all sizes, cooking utensils, bowls, dinnerware and silverware along with many kitchen gadgets.

Living room with cozy couch and 55in Smart TV hooked up to Netflix and Disney+. Off the living room is the sitting room which has a warm gas fireplace and the dining room has seating for the whole family.

Partially finished basement with a game-room like feel. Large screen TV, pool table with ping pong table conversion, foosball table, couches, cards, books and more than 10 games to play. Other half of the basement has a washer and dryer to do your laundry.

Escape to the outdoors on the large open porch that leads to the 27' diameter pool and backyard views. Note: There is no gate around the pool, but there are shades that can be pulled down to separate the pool from the porch. Grill and fire-pit are also available along with a corn hole game to keep the whole family entertained outdoors.

1.5 miles to Lake Luzerne beach. You can bring non-motorized water equipment onto the lake.

Three bedrooms include:
- Main bedroom with a king size bed, 50in TV, and computer desk with two monitors. This room also includes its own bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.
- Second bedroom with a queen size bed and 40in TV.
- Third bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk bed that has a twin above a full size bed. This room has a 43in TV.

We provide bed linens and bath towels, however we do not provide beach towels.

Some things to do:
In town there are many close activities including: restaurants/eateries, grocery stores, ice cream, mini golf, tubing, the rodeo, horseback riding and public beaches on Lake Luzerne.

We are 15 minutes from Lake George. Enjoy Lake George Village or the lake itself by renting a boat or going to the beach. There are steamboat tours or all different water sports.

You can also go into Queensbury (15 minutes) to enjoy Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom, the Drive in or Martha's ice cream.

In the winter go skiing/snowboarding or tubing at West Mountain which is a 15 minute drive or go to Gore Mountain which is a 45 minute drive. The Ice Castles in Lake George are also opening and beautiful to experience and that is a 10 minute ride down the road. Snow mobile trails throughout the area.

25 minutes from Saratoga Springs. Enjoy Saratoga Racetrack, Rivers Casino, and Saratoga Performing Arts Center.

What a great find! We were so impressed with this home. It was the perfect fit for our family (five adults and a 3 year old) and all of the beds were so comfortable. The pictures do not do this home justice. It was larger than I imagined yet still felt cozy. Our girls loved watching Netflix and playing ping pong in the basement. We all enjoyed the large pool and sundeck. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, all bathrooms were clean, comfortable and were fully stocked with fresh white towels. The laundry room, ironing board and drying rack were fantastic. We also enjoyed the welcome gift and card left by the thoughtful hosts.

Perfect for families

We felt comfortable from the moment we pulled in to the driveway. The owners have thought of everything to help make your stay enjoyable. The pool was perfectly clean and so refreshing! Great place to stay!

This was our first stay here- we couldnt have been happier. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Honestly, everything you hope for when renting through VRBO. The weather was a little too cold for us to use the pool but we did sit out on the covered deck, which was a great way to spend the evenings.

We had a beautiful week at this amazing house and would highly recommend it. I was there with my daughter and four granddaughters. We each had our own "space" but there was also plenty of room to share meals and down time together. The girls loved the basement set up and the pool. To sum it up, it was perfect!

Home was very clean and looked just like the photos in the listing. We loved the patio in the back that was attached to the pool. The pool was very clean and ready for us to use. My friends and family loved the mattresses in all of the rooms and now want one for their own homes! Host was quick to respond with any questions that I had. Best getaway ever!!

This was our first at this house and had an amazing time with my family and brothers with their families. All the kids had fun. We had so much fun that we are returning back in August. Great memories made here!! We do this every year since 2007 and honestly this is the cleanest and well organized home I’ve ever rented. The home is close to so many attractions. The owner’s response is quick and very professional. Love love love.

Beyond Expectations

The rental was beautiful and well maintained. Amenities and extras were helpful to our stay. Host was readily available to assist us in any questions we had. The house was located away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist area, but only a short drive to any activity we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Regardless of the weather over our 6 day stay, there was enough at the house to keep everyone entertained. We would recommend this property to any family, and definitely would consider staying again if ever returning to the area.

Wonderful Stay!

We chose this house based on location and amenities and weren't disappointed. From the ease of booking & open communication to the location, setting, and the house itself, we were all pleased. We immediately felt "at home". Information to help introduce us to what the house & area offered was awaiting upon our arrival. The older kids enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop and the younger kids to the school playground. The neighborhood was nice, the views of the mountains were great, and we all enjoyed swimming, lawn games, and the fire pit. Everything inside the house made our stay comfortable and easy to feel like we had found a great place to gather as a family. It's close enough to activities, shopping, and sightseeing yet very relaxing and quiet....perfect for vacation get away.

Perfect for Families and Friends

All we can say is wow! What a great trip! Our stay was short but this home was home away from home. They provided most items to get us started through our stay. Soaps, linens, toilet paper, towels, coffee, garbage bags, probably more that I can’t think of. Kitchen tools- plates cups pans spices cooking utensils/utensils… We were able to use their Netflix and Disney. The basement is a nice place for the kids and adult kids- pool, foosball, games, books. The pool and back patio and firepit were so much fun and relaxing.We were able to visit lake Luzerne (the lake), lake George restaurants, village and mini golf, they were all close by. I would recommend this place and will def be back!

Mom's 70th birthday trip!

This property is perfect for a family get away. The location is great! We enjoyed Lake Luzerne, Lake George, Glens Falls, and Queensbury. The hosts really have thought of everything! When we went to use the grill and discovered it was out of propane, we found that the hosts had provided a spare tank in the shed. They also had wood for the fire pit, chairs, and toys for the pool in the shed! We also had access to some of the main streaming apps to watch movies or shows. The basement is equipped with everything you need for a night in...pool/ping pong table, foosball table, and they even provided board games! We were welcomed with a nice note from the hosts and complimentary supplies to make s'mores! The home was very clean, updated, and well maintained!

Front porch chairs railings dirty lots of spider webs. Carpet in living room has no pad- very slippyto walk on. Lg ants everywhere, floors counters walls stairs- we were very careful in kitchen with food- I think these are carpenter ants- no spray available . No counters or furniture in second BR to put clothes on . Furniture cushions on deck very dirty . S’more ingredients nice touch as was coffee, beverage rack. Thank you

Beautiful Home Near Lake George

This house is fantastic! It includes all the amenities you would expect plus many more. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool that is accompanied by a huge back deck. Many beds, lots of seating, lots of fun! The pool table in the basement served as a nice retreat as well. The house is located very close to an amazing ice cream & mini golf place (Bons), everything was perfect and I would definitely stay again
