Perfect stay for a large group! We had 3 families (total of 5 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone! The home has lots of amazing window views of the sea. We were very pleased that even with such large windows the home is very quiet at night for sleeping. We were able to sit on the balconies and pool area and enjoy the view but not have to worry about waking up the kids because the windows are very soundproof. Nothing better than sitting on the deck and listening to the crashing waves!

Begonnen hat es mit einer Übergabe, die trotz fester Terminzusage nicht stattfand. Durch fehlerhafte Information haben wir dann auch noch die Alarmanlage ausgelöst.Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in einer phantastischen Lage, dem man allerdings anmerkt, dass es in die Jahre kommt. Der kleine Strand täuscht etwas, dort kommt man nur über große Steine hin. Es sind aber letztlich viele Kleinigkeiten wie nicht sauberes Besteck und Geschirr bzw. Herd, die uns gestört haben. Wir waren nur zu Dritt dort und hätten es lieber wirklich "private" gehabt, aber es gibt 2 fest angestellte Frauen, die jeden Vormittag da sind zum Saubermachen, was wir nur ein paar Mal in Anspruch genommen haben. Dann kommt der Poolservice 2 mal die Woche und jeden Morgen ist jemand da um den Poolsauger anzuschließen, der dann irgend wann am Tag wieder entfernt wird. Also "private" fanden wir das wirklich nicht, das sind wir vom Mieten einer Villa anders gewöhnt.Die Schlafzimmer oben sind eine absolute Wucht, traumhaft schön angelegt mit Blick aufs Meer und auch wunderschön eingerichtet. Offene Schränke (Regale) sind aber auch nicht unser Ding. Das viele Glas am Pool und den Balkonen müsste regelmäßig sauber gemacht werden, aber das passierte in unseren 12 Tagen nicht einmal.Dem riesige Raum unten fehlt für den Abend die Klimaanlage und die Gemütlichkeit. Unser Versuch, es durch Umstellen der Möbel etwas gemütlicher zu machen war nach 1 Tag vorbei, da standen wieder alle Möbel ungemütlich wie vorher.

Es tut uns leid, dass einige Aspekte Ihres Aufenthalts nicht vollständig Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Gerne möchten wir einige Punkte klarstellen. Da sich Ihre Ankunftszeit mehrfach geändert hatte, haben wir Ihnen für maximale Flexibilität eine Schlüsselbox eingerichtet und vorab alle notwendigen Informationen inklusive Alarmanleitung übermittelt. Während Ihres Aufenthalts haben wir auf alle angesprochenen Punkte sofort reagiert. Die Küche wurde nochmals vollständig nachgereinigt und der Poolservice auf Ihren Wunsch bereits vor 7 Uhr morgens durchgeführt, um Ihre Privatsphäre bestmöglich zu respektieren. Die Glasscheiben rund um den Pool wurden nicht gereinigt, da Sie darum gebeten hatten, das Pool-/Serviceteam danach nicht mehr auf das Grundstück zu lassen. Der tägliche Housekeeping-Service gehört bewusst zum Konzept der Villa und ist Bestandteil der Anzeige. Zeiten und Umfang passen wir jederzeit individuell an. Besonders schade finden wir, dass uns bei Ihrer Abreise persönlich mitgeteilt wurde, dass alles sehr schön gewesen sei und Sie sich ausdrücklich beim Staff bedankt haben. Auch während Ihres Aufenthalts wurden alle angesprochenen Punkte gemeinsam besprochen und aus unserer Sicht gelöst. Wir danken Ihnen dennoch für Ihren Aufenthalt und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute.
