Holiday house with pool and sea view

Casa Panorame is a cozy rustic stone house in the hinterland of Crikvenica. It is quietly situated with a fantastic view of the Kvarner Bay, the island of Krk and the mountains behind the house. It was completely renovated and refurbished 3 years ago. The equipment is modern but with an old-fashioned and cozy look.
The house has a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor is the bedroom and the terrace. Parking is on the doorstep. The access road to the village is small and almost never used. The private pool is in the garden in front with the second terrace and grill. The house is ideal for 2-4 people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room below. You can also add a cot.

Equipment: cookware, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, satellite TV, garden furniture, internet and much more. Sandy beaches, keel beaches, dog beaches and a lively nightlife can be found in Crikvenica or Novi Vinodolski 7-8km.
