Sea Bluffs Villa welcomes you with 2 bedrooms on the ground level - a spacious Primary Bedroom with a King bed, an en suite bathroom with double vanity, tub, separate shower, TV, and roomy closet. The guest bedroom on the ground level features 2 custom Twin over Queen bunk beds and an en suite bath with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor.

Make your way up the stairs to the inviting heart of the villa where pool views rule. The open floor plan pulls the kitchen, dining, and living areas together, along with balcony access overlooking the pool. Cozy conversation and a large flat-screen TV will draw your family together after a long day along the shore. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas stove will surely have the chef in your party ready to show off their cooking skills.  For your caffeine needs, a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig are included. The dining table seats 6, along with 4 bar stools at the breakfast counter. Margarita or Mai Tai anyone? Take advantage of the wet bar and separate ice maker, sure to create a mixologist or two in your group. Cheers!

Stepping past the kitchen, you will find a full-size hall bath which includes a single vanity and shower/tub combination. A spacious guest room featuring 2 Queen beds and a TV rounds out the second floor, with private access to the hall bath.

Take the stairs to the third floor and find an open King bedroom, along with a TV, a private en suite bath with a single vanity, and a large walk-in shower. Panoramic beach views demand your attention on this top floor. A wall of windows invites your eyes outward, to the balcony and out to the jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Emerald Coast’s sugar-white sand.  We'll bet that the 3rd-floor balcony overlooking the pool will be your favorite spot to watch the sunrise!
