We give this enchanting beach front condo five stars! Newly remodeled and under new ownership, this condo offers breathtaking views of blue gulf waves from the balcony. Simple is good …. park in your reserved parking spot, walk right up to the 2nd floor and step into Capistrano #202 and begin to relax! With designer touches everywhere, the coastal vibe of this vacation respite inspires relaxation in casual beach chic style. There is no pool, but you won't miss it. The direct and private beach access is merely steps away!

A few highlights- the living area is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating including two club chairs and an over sized sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious beach front balcony complete with outdoor seating, a bistro table and chairs. The chef in the group will be delighted with our fully stocked kitchen featuring white quartz counters and crisp white cabinets. There is dining seating for four at the breakfast bar. The direct gulf views will be enjoyed throughout the entire living area!

The comfortably furnished master bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress, and access to the master bath with a large shower and small private balcony. The guest bedroom is designed with two queen beds and has direct access to the bathroom, which can also be accessed by the hallway. You will find a full stacked washer and dryer closet in the entryway. Wifi is complimentary. There is no elevator for this complex, only stairs. *The complex only allows one parking spot per unit.

Capistrano is located just off South Walton’s Scenic 30a near Camp Creek Lake placing you minutes away from Seagrove Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. This splendid location puts you close to wonderful restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, specialty boutiques and fun seasonal family friendly festivals. When you are not walking down the beach, taking a refreshing plunge in the gulf or building sandcastles there are plenty of places nearby to have fun. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
