Location, Location, Location! Great for Family & Friend Gatherings

Looking for convenience, we have the location! Just 1 mile from The Parkway & minutes from Dollywood & the Great Smoky Mountains.

Our Chalet boasts a front & back deck to relax on after an exciting day at Dollywood or after a day hike in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom located on the other side of the house is connected to the 2nd hall bathroom. The 3rd bedroom (known as the "Downstairs Suite") is located downstairs with plenty of privacy for another couple or a great place for the kids. This 3rd bedroom suite also comes with a pull-out couch with new Memory Foam Mattress.

Each bedroom and the living room features a mounted flat-screen TV & a ceiling fan to help everyone unwind in comfort. High speed internet is included.

Our open kitchen comes complete with full-size appliances, Microwave, multiple Coffee Maker(s) - 12 Cup Drip and Keurig Single Cup Coffee Makers, Coffee Carafe, Air Fryer, Crockpot, Toaster, Blender, Neutra Bullet, Roaster & Electric Knife, Dishwasher & plenty of counter space. Fully stocked with plenty of cookware, plate-ware, glassware, coffee cups, eating & cooking utensils.
Our recently added Game Room will keep everyone busy. Ping Ping amd Arcade Game with over 60 games to chose from. Board Games and Books are also available.
“Greenlights & Sunshine” is the perfect location with being so close to all the attractions, restaurants, entertainment and the excitement of Pigeon Forge with a short drive to Gatlinburg.
In case you are planning a multiple family gathering, we have friends that have a Vacation Home just a few homes away from ours. It is available on VRBO. Please contact me for the Listing Number and to make arrangements on how to rent both homes.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set the a/c unit to 78 in the summer and the heat to 68 in the winter.
Please do not start any laundering of the sheets. Please just strip the beds that were used and leave them on top of the bed.
If you have any leftover over non-perishable food items. Feel free to donate them to the community closet. Start planning your next trip to The Great Smokey Mountains.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Per River Pointe Subdivision: No Street Parking. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway.

Great house for families

This was a great house for our family including kids ages 2 and 5. The house was clean. It was decorated for the holidays which was a huge bonus. And the game room was super fun! I did contact the owner about the heater downstairs the first day and the owners responded immediately and were able to assist remotely. Very responsive. Would stay there again.

Wonderful vacation stay

Love the location, it was very clean, didn’t have any problem with anything not working. Property manager was on point when needed. Was easy getting into the vacation home. We are definitely stay there again.

Nice get away

We have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed our stay each time. I will say the place was not quite as clean this stay as the last. Nothing major but we could tell a difference. The bed is very comfortable which is a huge plus for us.

Greenlights and Sunshine was an awesome place for us to gather and have a little family time. It was a well appointed house with lots of extras that we weren’t expecting in making this trip a great experience. There were herbs, spices, and condiments in the kitchen to enhance our meals and cooking supplies we do not usually have access to in a VRBO facility. We had a couple of bumps in the road, but the owner was quick to respond and find us a solution to keep our schedule from being interrupted. The owners were easy to work with from start to finish and as a family in ministry gathering from southeastern TN to Central VA that is absolutely necessary!! There are many other things to be said, but we will conclude with the thought of looking forward to when we might be able to once again gather at Greenlights and Sunshine to enjoy sharing time with our family!!

Perfect home away from home

This home was set just a VERY short drive off the main road in Pigeon Forge (approx 2-3 min from Mel’s Diner). It was exactly as described. I have never, in all my years staying at VRBO’s had one that was so well stocked with all the little extra things. Game room was a hit! Clean. Comfy! Well thought out! Only thing I would change, I wish there was a grill. I still happily give this home 5 stars!

Great Location

It is an immaculately clean home. There were 7 of us, 4 70 year olds, one 37, a 14 year old and a 9 year old. We eat most of our dinners in, although there are places everywhere to eat,. and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could, possibly need. The beds were so soft and seemed brand new. Linens, towels, and blankets were plentiful.It is close to everything, titanic musuem, wax museum, mini golf, horseback riding, dollywood, go carts, sky lift, roller coasters, wild gals old time photos,shops, the island, smoky mountains and outlet malls. When you go downstairs it is a mini apartment. Then you open a door and there is a big game room. We put puzzles together, played ping pong, pac man and there is a door to go outside.TV's in every room. The grounds are well kept on all surrounding areas. It's right in the heart of town. We also went white water rafting and paintballing which was not close but by our choice. WIFI was awesome and Cynthia was so nice and available when I had questions. At night we sat on one of the two decks. I brought lots of insect repellent because I knew there was a river nearby but we didn't need it. Would I stay again? Absolutely!! Just to let you know, I am not a relative. This is the best thought out vbro I have ever stayed in. Then we went to chattanooga and my grandson asked if we could go back to Cynthia's and stay. Wish I would had stayed in Pigeon Forge longer. We couldn't see everything there is so plan a week trip! Look for groupons

We had a MARVELOUS stay at Greenlights & Sunshine! Everything was so nice and comfortable! The kitchen was fully equipped with all we needed to prepare full breakfast and dinner meals. The location was so convenient to the Parkway. The game room was great for all ages. Thank you for opening your home for us to rent for these few days.
