About this property
Gite LA Fourniere - Illats
Ideally located in the heart of the Graves and Sauternes vineyards, approximately thirty kilometers from Bordeaux, the "La Fournière" gîte welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Located in close proximity to the owners, you will have access to a small landscaped garden with a covered terrace and barbecue. The entire ground floor has been designed and furnished to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs, a bedroom (equipped with a 160x200 cm bed), and a large bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with three 90x190 cm beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Electric heating and a wood-burning stove are available. Bed linens are available for rent (additional charge), kitchen towels are included, and bathroom linens are available at an additional cost. Cleaning fee (additional charge, increased to €90 for long stays and businesses). Wood (additional charge per trunk). Tourist tax additional charge. At the gateway to Bordeaux, Pessac Léognan, Sauternes and Graves, let yourself be seduced!
