Gite DE Montval - Saint-genes-de-lombaud

Located between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, in the heart of the rolling Entre-Deux-Mers region, 20 minutes south of Bordeaux, we have converted the outbuildings of the Château de Los, a 17th-century Bordeaux castle, into the Montval gîte. It offers panoramic views of vineyards and forest, perfect for walks. A 10-minute walk away, you can visit the Arbor et Sens adventure park for a fun-filled treetop adventure with family or friends. Back at the gîte, the swimming pool (shared with another gîte) is at your disposal. The tranquility of the setting invites you to enjoy an aperitif on your private terrace. You will also have access to a garden and parking. The swimming pool (5x10 m, depth 0.90 to 2.10 m) is open from May 1st to September 30th. A storage area for your bicycles is also available. The house features a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and relaxation corner; a bedroom with access to the terrace, furnished with a 160x200cm bed; a second bedroom with two 90x200cm beds; a third bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and an en-suite shower room/WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility); a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower; and a separate WC. Electric heating (8 kWh per day included), Wi-Fi. Bed linen is provided. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day, heating, and the cost of charging an electric car via an 11 kW CCS socket are charged extra. The accommodation is semi-detached to a second gîte for 4 people. Remote work is possible (internet connection available). Gas griddle. Ping-pong table.
