Gîte de L'étang - LE Verdon SUR MER

Enjoy a great vacation near the ocean. A 10-minute walk through the forest, crossing the GR8. Quick access via the D1215, which is located near the cottage. A cycle path is 100 meters away and there is a bike rack at the cottage. An unfenced 1200m² ornamental pond next to the cottage, with various duck species, sits on a 3900m² wooded plot of land enclosed with a gate along the communal road. This beautiful ground-floor house features a fitted kitchen/living and dining room. The entrance leads into the living room. A hallway leads to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms, two of which have 1.40m beds and one bedroom with two 0.90m beds. There is a gas barbecue. You are close to the Vélodyssée cycle path: Pointe de Grave towards Lacanau. Private access road to the Gîte with nighttime markings, parking next to the Gîte on the property. The GR8, the Way of Saint Jacques de Compostelle, Coastal Route in Gironde. The Cordouan lighthouse, you can see it from the beach on a clear day, if you have the opportunity, go visit it. Swing, badminton rackets, darts, Mölky, garden table and chairs, sun loungers. Heating included. Shops 1.5km away. Covered market hall in Soulac-sur-Mer 5 km. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating
