About this property

House, with jacuzzi, located on the Lido de la Marana, close to the sea.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the house is close to the sea, with direct access to a sandy beach.

Located on the Lido de la Marana, you will have the opportunity to take walks on the pond of Biguglia to discover a rich fauna and flora, and to quickly radiate throughout the Bastia region.
The house (95m²) comprises downstairs a living room, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (160x200 bed) with dressing room, a shower room with wc and a veranda. Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with a 140x200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed as well as a desk.

You benefit from a pleasant garden of 300 m2. A summer kitchen with barbecue will allow you to enjoy the private jacuzzi. Also, you will find in the garden a bathroom with toilet, practical when the beach is only a few steps away.

Sheets and towels (beach!) are provided.
You have two parking spaces in front of the house.

Possibility of additional services (car rental, bicycles, childcare equipment, etc.) on request.

Deposit: 1000€ to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.

Maison très pratique et très bien située , les hôtes sont très gentils et très disponibles. Jacuzzi super , température comme il faut et très facile a utiliser . Très bon séjour je garde l adresse !

Séjour parfait à Stella Baggia

Tout d'abord, la maison est idéalement située sur le cordon lagunaire de la Marana, vous pourrez vous rendre à la plage à pied. Ensuite, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour passer un séjour comme si vous étiez chez vous. L'extérieur est propice à la détente avec sa cuisine d'été et le jacuzzi. Nous étions avec nos deux enfants dont un bebe, Alice nous a gentiment mis tout le matériel de puériculture à disposition. Je recommande vraiment cette location si vous voulez passer d'excellents moments en famille ou en couple.
