Tout ces éléments nous ont largement déçus. La propreté est à revoir."

Chaque voyageur doit nettoyer avant leur départ, mais il me semble que personne n'as dû vérifier avant notre arrivée. Il restait des mouchoirs usagés dans la chambre, excusez-moi ces mots mais le lit était couvert de poils et il n'y avait pas qu'à cette endroit. Nous avons nettoyer avant de partir, comme indiqué. Contenu de la couleur de l'eau après lavage du sol : le logement n'a pas dû être nettoyé depuis au moins les 3 derniers passages de locataires ! Pour le bien-être de tous, pouvez-vous au moins vérifier le logement avant de le louer à nouveau. Merci,"
