1 kitchen with TV, induction hob 3 rings, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave -

1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with duvet (new bedding) -
1 room with 2 beds of 1 person with duvets -
Separate WC with washbasin -
Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking place. Garden on the side of the house, terrace in front. Gas heating Heating package of 30 €/week from October to May.. Washing machine. Average condition (maintenance, painting, simple comfort).
To be paid in + on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog accepted), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
