KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 2-induction ceramic plates, electric hob, washing machine. SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC.
TV. Sun store. Electric plancha. Double isolation windows.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership and normally open from 19/06 to 30/09.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing.
Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
