Kleine, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen

Sehr nette, im selben Haus wohnende Vermieter. In einer Woche dreimal Wechsel von Hand- und Duschtüchern. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Empfehlenswert !

Herzliche Vermieter und eine einfache, aber lobenswerte Unterkunft

Mit guten Rezensionen ist es so, dass, wenn sie wirklich gut werden sollen, man sie unter dem ersten Eindruck schreibt, und dann lässt man sie einige Tage liegen und reifen, guckt noch einmal hinein, verbessert hier und da ein Wort oder ergänzt ein wenig, was anfänglich vergessen worden ist. Das Apartment Milan hat eine solche Rezension verdient. Zuallerst liegt das an den wunderbaren, herzlichen und aufmerksamen Inhabern und Vermietern. Doch zunächst die Fakten: die Ferienwohnung, die wir für zweieinhalb Wochen gebucht hatten, ist groß, sehr sauber, ordentlich ausgestattet (Gasherd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine/Filterkaffee, Kaffeekocher für den Herd), besitzt einen Fernseher mit einer unbekannten Anzahl an internationalen Sendern über Satellit und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wir bekamen mehrfach frische Handtücher und einmal Bettwäsche. Die Wohnung ist mit wärme- und schallschützender Dreifachverglasung versehen. Direkt vor dem Fenster wächst und blüht Jasmin am Spalier. In die Altstadt sind es etwa 8 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß, einmal ums Eck und dann immer geradeaus. Eine exzellente Pizzeria (Orlando, die Rezensionen dort sprechen ebenfalls für sich) ist in etwa 4 Minuten zu erreichen (300m, einmal rechts, einmal links). Zwei bis drei Parkplätze für Gäste gibt es auf dem Grundstück. Die Vermieter haben das Haus vor etwa 10 Jahren gebaut, und halten es auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen, und abends setzt man sich mal für eine halbe Stunde zusammen und redet ein wenig über Gott und die Welt. Sie produzieren ihren eigenen Weißwein (schon semiprofessionell, in einer Menge, die ich bei einem Hobbywinzer sonst noch nicht gefunden habe), fruchtig und ohne Fehler; setzen Grappa mit Raute aus dem eigenen Garten an (52%); und ernten jedes Jahr etwa 100kg Kiwi (letzteres nur Hörensagen, wir waren zu früh). Der namensgebende Inhaber lässt es sich nicht nehmen, Langzeitgästen die eine oder andere Flasche seines selbstgekelterten Weines zukommen zu lassen; gekühlt passt dieser Wein gut zur Pizza von Orlando, lässt sich aber abends auch "einfach so" hervorragend trinken. Fast alles, was sehr gut ist, hat einen Wermutstropfen: größter Nachteil ist die fast durchgehend vielbefahrene Straße, die etwa 8 Meter neben der Ferienwohnung liegt; keine Hauptverkehrsstraße, aber anscheinend die Hauptader in diesem Viertel. (Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, soll irgendwann einmal eine kleine Umgehungsstraße gebaut werden, die das Vekehrsproblem behebt; aber bisher ist dies wohl an störrischen Grundstücksbsoitzern gescheitert, die ihr Grundstück zu teuer an die Gemeinde verkaufen wollten. Aber ich schweife ab.) Wer bucht, möchte dies nach Möglichkeit direkt tun. Über booking.com und verwandte Portale gehen 15% Provision vom Zimmerpreis ab, und das tut einem privaten Vermieter ordentlich weh; auch wenn, wiederum, über diese Portale Gäste angesprochen werden, die sonst niemals dorthin gefunden hätten. Alles hat eben zwei Seiten. Kurz gesagt: wer für einige Tage nach Rovinj fährt und dort eine preislich mehr als angemessene Ferienwohnung in guter Lage bei sehr herzlichen Vermietern sucht -- und mit dem Verkehr leben kann: bitte nehmt diese. P.S. Wenn ihr gerne Salat esst und Reste habt: werft die welken Blätter nicht weg, die Vermieter haben Schildkröten.

Appartamentino accogliente e posizione strategica!

Siamo una coppia e abbiamo alloggiato presso uno degli appartamenti del signor Milan. Lui e la moglie parlano italiano in modo comprensibile e sono molto cordiali e gentili. L''appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato, al piano terra, disponeva di una sala/cucina ben attrezzata, camera da letto e bagno molto spazioso. Il tutto pulito e in ordine, con arredamento essenziale e funzionale. La posizione è ottima perchè il centro si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 10 minuti e le spiagge distano pochissimo in macchina. Inoltre la signora tiene il giardino e tutte le piante che decorano la casa con molta cura e danno un aspetto ancora più bello alla location. Consigliato vivamente! Unica "pecca": non adatto a chi voglia divertirsi con musica alta e alzando un po'' troppo il volume, gli appartamenti sono molto vicini e si disturbano sia i proprietari che gli altri ospiti!
