Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. The construction next door is beyond our control, but your experience within our hotel remains our top priority. Thank you for choosing Marenas Beach Resort for your stay in Miami. The Merenas Beach Resort is a great family resort. It is clean and has friendly and helpful staff. The private beach with chairs and umbrellas included was a nice amenity. The condo itself has an awesome balcony with the view of the beach/ocean. It could use some new carpet and a little updating but it was over a nice property.

This was a condo time share hotel. The pics were not accurate to our unit. The carpeting was very tired. The second room was a lock out room, not what we expected at all. There were also additional fees we were not told about, the only way to park was valet and there was a daily resort fee. The pluses were it was right on the beach and was a good location with restaurants and food shopping nearby. We would not go back.

The apartment was very filthy. Many things broken or worn out. The AC filter was black. Fridge was not cleaned since there was a dead bug in there. So it was absolutely not a good experience. The positives were the staff from the building , Front desk and valet very friendly.
