Maison Chandolas - Charmante maison pour 10 voyageurs
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Chandolas, this charming air-conditioned house, former silkworm nursery, of a surface of 125 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, an independent studio, three bathrooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
An independent studio on the first floor:
- Living space with kitchenette
- Bedroom with 2 sofa beds
- Sheltered terrace facing East.
- Bathroom with shower, WC
On the 1st floor :
- A living room of 35 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and double sofa bed
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A veranda facing south overlooking the park
- Shower room with shower, WC
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with double bed (140×190), wall storage and view on the park
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (140×190), wall cupboards and view on the park
- A shower room with shower, WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron and cot.
Exterior :
- A beautiful garden of 1,200 m² facing south with lots of vegetation offering a large shaded area
- A terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A private pool equipped with a bubble cover for natural heating if required, and an access ladder. The pool is open from June 1 to October 1 (opening date non-contractual).
The house is ideally located in Chandolas, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house.
- Nearest train station : Ales at 40.5 km (about 48 minutes).
- Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes at 94.4 km (at about 1h35 minutes).
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels not included.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation, 1 pet is accepted (a cleaning of the ground is required in case of droppings, a case of deposit may open if not cleaned).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to favorable weather conditions.
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Bien Louer Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).
