Great Location

Downtown location was ideal for our stay during the Red Fern Festival. Right on the main avenue it was in walking distance to everything we needed. Clean unit and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. Hardest part is finding it for the first time (especially at night) as the entry door is nestled between two businesses. Would stay there again.

Fantastic studio

This newly renovated studio had all of the essentials I needed for my extended stay. Located right in the heart of downtown. Highly recommend!

New and clean

Check in was easy and the room had everything I needed. I stayed for 8 days and did not have one issue. The air conditioning was ice cold and the shower was nice and hot. Better than a hotel by far.
