Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash all dishes leave them drying
Clean your area on the beach
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking in designated spots 2 car minimum ( if bringing more notify host) Throw all trash away on the beach and in the units, if not $100 fine
No glass on the beach No loud music or parties after 10pm Must return key to lock box if key is lost or not returned to the lock box $100 fine
Bbq in designated areas only Wrist bands will be provided for guest, any outside guests will be charged to use the beach $75 pet fee per pet
