Just steps away from everything that downtown Providence has to offer is our beautifully furnished upscale apartment with a view of the city & courtyard. This space offers a large fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, high speed internet, 55" smart TV w/Disney+ & Netflix. The building has 24 hour fitness center, heated lap pool, BBQ & picnic area, 24 hr concierge, resident lounge & covered parking. No car needed, we are just a short walk to all shops, restaurants, the mall & amazing Waterfire!

One of the most desirable views in the building overlooking the courtyard and the city! We have all new furnishings, hard-surface plank flooring, a full bath with laundry in-unit and a fully equipped kitchen for that home town meal! Plus all towels and linens are provided.
** Special note: For the health and safety of all our guests, we thoroughly clean and sanitize ALL surfaces including but not limited to handles, door knobs, light switches, and remotes.

Absolutely amazing stay ! Loved it !

We absolutely loved our stay here ! It was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The location and view were wonderful. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything about our stay was perfect and the concierge was so nice ! Great communication from the property owners. Would definitely stay here again...Thank you !
