Just steps away from everything that downtown Providence has to offer is our beautifully furnished upscale apartment with a view of the city & courtyard. This space offers a large fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, high speed internet, 55" smart TV w/Disney+ & Netflix. The building has a fitness center, heated lap pool, BBQ & picnic area, a concierge, resident lounge & covered parking. No car needed, we are just a short walk to all shops, restaurants, the mall & amazing Waterfire!

One of the most desirable views in the building overlooking the courtyard and the city! We have all new furnishings, hard-surface plank flooring, a full bath with laundry in-unit and a fully equipped kitchen for that home town meal! Plus all towels and linens are provided.
** Special note: For the health and safety of all our guests, we thoroughly clean and sanitize ALL surfaces including but not limited to handles, door knobs, light switches, and remotes.

Lovely apartment in the perfect location! Very clean and cozy. The hosts went above and beyond to handle special request for a difficult task personal situation. Would most definitely stay here again if we return to Providence! Within walking distance to everything you need, great food and a beautiful city!

Love this apartment and the building it is in.

We now have stayed in 2 of their apartments and they are wonderful! They are clean, comfortable, their kitchen is stocked and they have games to play! Love this place!

Great stay!

Jeff & Annette were very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is extremely comfortable, spacious & has everything you need as far as kitchen supplies, extra blankets etc. The area is walkable to all the major sites & the building has a beautiful outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

This property is an apartment in a concierged building. It is neat and well maintained and just across from the train station for easy arrival. The concierge was friendly and helpful in recommendations for sights and restaurants. Would recommend Brown Universit

Central Providence

Nice 1 BR apartment. Lots of dishes, appliances, basic pantry, etc. Quiet, spacious, good TV, laundry, indoor parking. Only downsides: check-in was a bit confusing because concierge was momentarily away from desk; two sets of keys but only one fob to get in building (so second key was pretty useless); parking spaces were SMALL.
