Well laid out, dining table, large kitchen area with nice size island , two couches, one turns into a bed. Bedrooms are in separate areas and both have bathrooms either attached or next to them.

Jennifer's Penthouse was perfect in every way. Clean, spacious and a good location for our visit to Providence. Communication was stellar and there were no questions or issues. We had no problems with noise while there - not an issue at all. Spiral staircase was fine though might be a slight challenge if you had large luggage. I highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Our host was welcoming. Communication, leading up to our stay, was was prompt and informative and exactly how we found the property. Please add a few more couch pillows and throws so all guests can enjoy the cozy comfort of this apartment. Would recommend this property to friends and would stay here again on our next visit to Providence.

Clean apartment on the 3rd floor with soft beds and comfortable couches. We enjoyed playing scrabble in the evenings and catching up on Netflix shows together. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and easy walk to downtown as well.

Great Getaway

Nice property with all the amenities. Loved the floor plan, perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen well stocked if cooking in, but no need as this place is the perfect place to all the restaurants on Broadway.

We found the penthouse apartment to be spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, a nice balcony with seating, sound machines in the bedrooms, good a/c & temp control and more. The location was really convenient for walking to restaurants and into downtown. Lots of restaurants within a 10-minute walk and into downtown in about 20 minutes. We didn't cook since we were on vacation and there were so many great spots close by; we usually did coffee (packs of coffee and a coffee maker provided) then went out for the rest of the day. It was nice to come back and relax on the patio and catch a movie later on the tv in the living room. In all honesty the stairway to the third floor is narrow and winding; could be a consideration for anyone with mobility issues or heavy suitcases. We very much enjoyed our stay and loved the location. There was lots of foot traffic on the streets, people walking dogs, pushing kids in strollers, etc. that made us feel like it was a good neighborhood to be in.

Great Federal Hill apartment

Fantastic place to stay. Great view. Close to lots of restaurants and Convention center. Steep stairs ( not a problem for us). Abundant street noise in front bedroom. (Police and fire department nearby)Nonetheless a fantastic place to stay.

Great location in the heart of the city. We were on the third floor. Winding staircase up to the third floor was a little narrow, but very negotiable. Two great bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great for couples or families. Ultra clean. Coffee, creamer, sugar were there for our use. balcony with chairs looks very inviting, but we were there with snow.

Beautiful location and apartment

Second time here. Loved it. Clean and like a hotel efficiency but cozier. Great view from balcony. Quiet neighbors. Street noise tolerable although ear plugs would help light sleepers. East check in and out and great communication. Parking is a plus. Will be back.

Location and space

This was perfectly situated for us as it’s near our daughter’s apartment there, and near all of our favorite restaurant/bar establishments. Walked everywhere but one brunch. Parking pass was nice for moving in. Easy to access. Nice safe neighborhood. This rental is basically like having a fully equipped 2 BR suite at a nice hotel. Very comfy beds and gorgeous balcony and view. It doesn’t feel lived in like many rentals, but that's preferable to us. The street is busy/a little traffic noisy starting at around 5am so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper (worked for me). Will for sure book again and hopefully longer stay next time!
